Does the Bank 2025 rule only apply to Banks (NWBD, LLPC, SANB etc) or does it also apply to other financial companies (GACA, RSAB, AV.A etc )?

Unlike Virgin shareholders - those poor souls that are society members (i.e shareholders in the building society) will not get to vote on this - i,e, Nationwide Chief Guru thinks all of its customers / shareholders are not worthy.
Potential that I may up and leaveNationwide if it goes through - or at least vote against the chairman's reelection to the board when they do bother asking our opinion.

Seems not to be a good business plan. Buy from the retailer at £10.30 or buy direct for £11.50.

The consolidation and rights issue has now shot this into a huge 95% loss for me, and to add insult to injury they give me £6 cashback for lapsed rights.
I hold shares but feel like the company put a shotgun to my head, emptied my wallet, shook out my pockets for loose change then asked if I wanted to use my credit card to buy some share options.
Why would I want to buy more, surely more fun to take the cash into my back garden and burn it myself. ?
Same on II platform. Corporate action on consolidation but nothing I can see about anything else.
