If NEM did try hard ball in this way, what would there be to stop us selling the majority stake to Chinese before it earns out?
I’m sure NEM probably have first refusal but I’m pretty sure they would not be able to dictate the price of the Chinese came in heavy.
If anza is sitting on a mountain of gold- it could provide the Chinese great economies of scale coupled with the buritica ops
Guys don’t respond to jace. Looking for a reaction with stupid Basic in-researched comments with the hope the thread title ‘further dilution’ fills the chat.
Unfortunately a rising share will attract them..
Still looking nice and cheap!
Should have been at these levels weeks ago, were it not for the placing and seller.
A few traders taking their 10, 20% which is fine.
Blue skys now though. Assays incoming, majors putting their foot down on the drilling and this is hitting a few radars.
Very positive action and can’t wait for the news...
Given the well publicised scarcity of new tier 1 discoveries and the expected POG bull run, I doubt either major will just want to draw this out for 10 years.
All majors reporting the same issues, great recovery rates, huge margin (costs have never been lower) but they amount of resource is declining fairly rapidly.
I’m no chartist but looks more like an ascending triangle to me?!
It seems to be trading within a fairly well defined range. Multiple upper touch points around the 29/30 resistance area and higher lows on the trend (21/23 and currently sat around 26). It is squeezing into a tighter and tighter range just under 30. This is a bullish trend and hopefully the breakout over 30 comes with news (often the breakouts are instigated by news).
Would be good to get a more experienced Chartists point of view, but as rob says, news will be more of a driver here I think.
I think loryser had to settle all debts by sept 2021, so they had to have sold by then.
I believe IIs will start taking note after this round of results are in, they will want to see if significantly de risked.
There is a Carlos Perez (panama based)who is a geologist at first quantum minerals (Canadian miner)
There is also a Carlos perez who is superintended to geologist at AC agregados SA. (Peru)
Not as though the name Carlos Perez will be uncommon in south america

Thanks starbright, funnily enough I get that, but it’s has been clearly evident there has been a big seller offloading 50,000 chunks consistently for a few weeks now. Given the evidence it had to have been one of the major shareholders which the updated list also suggests...
From memory continental on had circa 5%. So wouldn’t take a huge drop to go under the 3% threshold.
Re Carlos Perez - has he just bought out lorysers stocks / or was a creditor or something?
Either way shows how the share price has been robust and also confirms suspicions that it was suppressed due to a seller.
Bit of a misleading slide isn’t it? I thought Uruguay was done and dusted and off the balance sheet. That’s why loryser were given 10m shares to pay off costs incurred (sept 2019) and also why it’s probably them who are offloading shares.
Might create a bit of confusion if it’s an old slide.
I don’t think the paper specifically relates to Anza.
But it gives examples and technical data for
the ‘style of ore body we think we are dealing with’
Given the paper is titled ‘Gold Rich Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide Deposits’ - I think they are very very excited!!!
