Just leave it Steven.
If this share goes well you'll never hear from either again. If it goes badly then they won an argument but nobody ever made money out of that, unless they are short.
Daisy is upset because she lost her dinner money. Candi's upset because he doesn't even have dinner money to lose.
Personally I'm enjoying splashing about in their tears. Join me, its warm
....this share is a bit of a punt and that's just fine. I hope for best and plan for the worst. Those losing their rag over this are probably over invested and frustrated that things aren't happening quicker.
Like other mid/long term holders I saw some great gains last year but have since seen it dwindle away to barely a profit at all. But in all honesty I now feel far more confident with a wealthy, proven arese kicker on board, particularly one who holds such a large stake and is not being remunerated for his contribution.
Mark Ward is relying on solid, sustainable growth for his reward. I believe he (and the rest of us) will get enjoy the fruits of this in two to three years from now
If I had a track record like Mark Ward's and held as many shares as he then I would be looking to increase the value in the fund to a point where it would become an acquisition target. I suspect and hope that is the plan.
"I look forward to updating our shareholder base on further company progress later this month" - Well that doesn't give GS much time if he's learnt his lesson on announcing timescales!!
Perhaps the RCF agreement was helped on or was contingent on getting Mr Ward on the board, with his expertise and contacts. All just speculation on my part
If that was a concerted effort to bash this stock then I can only advise them to not give up their day job!! Gobind has ben far better at it this year LOL.
I hold and see no reason to change my position
To paraphrase a well known sketch;
"I don't anything about seabed anchors I'm afraid but I do love little kittens. They're so soft and furry"
Looks pretty blowy tomorrow around Shetland but calming down on Friday and over the WE so a delay looks entirely sensible here.
I'm no sailor but I would imagine the AM will set out for site on Friday. Perhaps we will get a RNS on Monday morning.
Good morning Mary, you do indeed but I keep topping up here and there as I remain confident with this outfit.
Whether it hits my bottom of the drawer price potential in the long run (£10 to £20) is questionable but I think we are in good hands and anyway, it's only money at the end of the day. I won't die if things go awry.
There is a documented timeline for FEED through to first oil (March '19 to Q4 2021) and the management have every incentive to maximize these opportunities.
I don't have a view on Aupec, but a look on their website suggests they offer an 'Economic Service' so I can only take that at face value.
That said, there hasn't been a news update since 2013 so it has all the hallmarks of a TC organsiation :-)

Does seem to get updated so worth checking back with potential FEED news so close.
Just browsing it today, I didn't know the Bentley field was being appraised for development (Whalsay Energy). Bit of a kick in the teeth for those that lost it all with Xcite.
Scoobs, I feel humbled to be in the presence of not only an investment guru but an incisive psychological profiler. What with that and your succesful investment acumen I'm surprised you have the time to post here so often, a seat at Goldman only a phone call away.
Your sense of duty is beyond reproach - I salute you!
However, there is one chink in your impressive armour - Your posts read like those of a dullard.
Spice them up, inject humour and deploy cutting wit and you my son will be king of the PMG board (you know you want it).
Now for the boring bit.
I believe PMG will come good in the long run and that it will be bought out when it has enough de-risked pieces of the jigsaw in place to make it tempting for a national. PMG isn't set up to be a major producer and I doubt TC will want to bother turning it in to one.
As for myself, of course I am underwater here but I'm not bothered. Of course it is disappointing in the same way my Fantasy Football team performance can be or one of my children screws up an exam but at the end of the day I'm a grounded guy, with a family, a decent job and my health.
Everything else is just icing and cherries. For you, everything sounds like the cake.
So, good luck and please (for the love of God) introduce some humility AND humour to you future efforts or Mr Filter's gonna be deployed and we wouldn't want that would we!
