If anyone has taken the time to read the Opti RNS yesterday it just shows how much they are relying on Skin to boost their own business. Skin is the definitely the better investment by far and even the Opti board believe Skin has a lot further to go. IMO, I believe that Opti products can be brought by choice, whereas Skin’s products have been specifically developed to help manage very debilitating conditions such as psoriasis where individuals will rely on probiotics in order to manage their conditions. This difference alone is why Skin will always do better when it comes to commercialization. It is my belief that the Opti board will not be selling shares in Skin until they are way above £1 as Skin has such a pivotal role to play in their business model.

Takeover could come anytime, could be at least £1

Everyone Skinbio has just launched a trial for a probiotic for the treatment of psoriasis, they are doing the same as MGC with regards to a food supplement, get in now while it is extremely cheap, 100% increase in a day is amazing

This share is being hyped by the Reddit groups now, looks this is going further tomorrow will definitely look at buying first thing. How high can it go ? Who knows

Personally, I think the current share price is extremely undervalued given the potential here, I only see a delay in the trial as the biggest threat on the SP in the short term as all any selling from Seneca has completed stopped. I believe Opti have openly said that they are not intending to raise cash from selling shares in Skin in the short term. I guess time will tell but all in all, the potentially is extremely positive here and any dips have just been brought back to get us to new all time highs. Nothing currently exists to treat psoriasis and I believe that Skinbio have found a very manageable treatment which will be invaluable to those sufferers.

SkinBioTherapeutics (SBTX) multi-bag price 22.50p now 41p off 43p, is well on its way to being my first multi-bag of 2021. It is not done yet. There is plenty more to come as news develops, and there should be quite soon.

You must be absolutely mad if you think we are overvalued here, the trial is just about to start to start off their first probiotic product. Just trying to deramp to get in at a cheaper price

Looks like a very healthy level of buying to be absorbing the little sells, this share is going to be at least double by Xmas this year. It’s going to be all about how many shares you hold

I understand the excitement building around SkinBioTherapeutics Plc (SBTX) psoriasis probiotix developed in partnership with AxisBiotix and Winclove, not least because even the low-ball numbers from 25,000 subscriptions alone rake in £9.2m pa at c70% margin. We know this figure will quickly ramp up as full-scale launch in 2022 sees the constraints lifted as the whole supply-chain has been rigorously tested. Stuart talks of subscriptions as high as 500,000 per month. So, yes, it is exhilarating; but let us not lose sight of the 6 late-stage discussions for CleanBiotix, another low-hanging fruit expected to yield milestone and or one-off payments, further boosting the cash at the bank. Plus, wound care and antiaging cosmetic are expected to be launched in Q3/4 via 12 global VIP clients.

The shares are consolidating due to Seneca selling; once they are done, I fully expect the momentum to return as traders and long term investors as well HNWI I am aware of seeking entry do so ahead of the psoriasis results which will help thrust through the recent 52-week high by a considerable margin. Don't forget, even without further commercial development news, shortly after the psoriasis paper we will be looking for news updates on the cosmetic launch(s) and of course, who is who within the fortunate first movers 12-VIP clients. Would you want to be sitting on the sidelines hoping to get in lower when L'Oréal, Neutrogena, Olay, ROC, La Prairie, Lancôme, etc.?

I only name 7 households global brand all have antiaging cosmetic skin creams. I may well be wrong ad non-feature in the first 12. This is not my point, it is the scale of the initial launch that is. While some investors may be thinking the official global launch for the antiaging cosmetic is not expected until 2022, the fact there will be 12 VIPs will be like attaching 12 rocket-boosters to the share price.

Btw, have a gander at some of the brands and price tags. When you do, remember Stuart talks of double-digit margins. He also confirms the first to launch are likely to be premium margins due to the nature of first-mover advantage over the several 1000s left outside the initial 12.

Totally valid questions and as an investor you have to ask these all the time. However if you listen to the interviews from Stuart Ashman, via TW and Lemming Investor, there could be many bits of news from now till Oct including new deals, IP rights, update on our current Croda deal, however I think the main driver in the SP will be this trial, however as time goes on, more and more investors will be aware and I believe that the hype will continue and drive us up to around 60p before results. The amount of upside from here is huge and the amount of research behind developing this probiotic is even bigger. IMO, I don’t think the share price will be this cheap ever again. We were the lucky ones to get in around 20p but with everything to come, and in a few weeks we could be saying we were the lucky ones to get in at 40p.

In my opinion, and from the amount of extensive research I have carried out myself and read from Elrico, and TW. I believe this is very realistic. The amount of suffering people have to go through with psoriasis has lead me to believe that if this probiotic can help then there wouldn’t be any reason for people to stop using the product.

In addition to the psoriasis trial and commercialisation I believe that the arrangement with croda who have invested £5million with Skin could also bring huge revenues. So I believe that even if only one of these deals comes good which they both have high chances for then we could see at least £1 to £1.50 by autumn/Xmas time.

SkinBioTherapeutics Plc (SBTX) is well on the way to be the first multi-bagger with a gain of 146% since the 4th of January. The buy Pressure is building nicely as more investors realise AxisBiotix psoriasis study is not a binary outcome, like a pharmaceutical phase 3 study. The human study is all about the probiotic efficiency, a probiotic that can be reformulated according to the strength needed to have efficiency. It is my understanding from my discussions with the CEO. Stuart Ashman will be more than one version of the probiotic because everyone's gut flora is different, so there will be a variance of efficiency.

They reduced on 05/02, I guess when the share went to 35p however this was brought back very quickly, looks like they are done for now

Trial should be commencing anytime, this will attract a lot of media attention IMO, can also imagine Lemming investor and ************* also singing about it. Maybe national media may pick it up who knows. Exciting times. Obviously we have been told end of Q1 so latest it could be only 6 weeks away
