Not sure but I don't think there's anything to stop XTR waiting until phase 2 is complete and releasing all the assay and results together. Frustrating, but XTR are playing poker and trying to get maximum value for shareholders, don't want to show your hand too soon.
Colin has now talked about the Rosemont deposit in Arizon a couple of times, and said Bushranger has more copper. That sold for $440 million US, is that Colins valuation or a come and get me to AA.
Phase two drilling is due to finish before Xmas, assays a couple of months behind, hopefully no more that 3 with the Xmas break. So by the end of Q1 2022 XTR should have a very good idea if Bushranger is just big 2MT or a monster.
XTR is becoming a pressure cooker, either people believe the story and buy in, the share price rises gradually, or AA make an offer and it goes to the offer price instantly.
Sunday Roast with Zak Mir should be worth a listen today, there should be some info about the Colin Bird investor evening.
Colin sold the Kalumbila copper project in 2009, I believe that's the plan for Bushranger as such, do you need an exit strategy? anyone who sold out of Kirara missed the big payday.
Under the deal, Kiwara shareholders will receive 0.0085 First Quantum shares and 37.5 pence for every Kiwara share held.
The implied value per Kiwara share is 75 pence, a 41.5 percent premium to the closing price of Kiwara on Friday.
Just my opinion XTR won't see full value until it's sold, Colin even said only a major could take on this project. Still a chance nobody will want it, but that seems to get more unlikely with every drill hole.
The resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are now on the XTR website.
Resolution 5: Approval of Proposed Incentive Schemes
The last two points are below .
Transaction Incentive Awards: These will be awarded to Eligible Participants and the Award Triggers will
be based on the Company completing a successful acquisition or disposal transaction (the “Transaction”)
based on criteria determined by the remuneration committee. The maximum award payable in relation to
a transaction will be in the range 1% to 2% of the Transaction value and be allocated amongst the Eligible
Participants by the remuneration committee. Awards may be paid in cash and/or Company shares and if in
Company shares based on the 30-day VWAP following the date the Company announces the Transaction.
Corporate Event: In the event of a takeover or merger, general offer being made to shareholders, scheme
of arrangement, member’s voluntary winding up, change of control or other similar corporate event (a
“Corporate Event”), the Eligible Participant will be deemed to have met their Annual Incentive Award
and/or Award Trigger unless determined otherwise by the Remuneration committee taking into account the
Eligible Participants Annual Trigger and/or Award Trigger.
Agree, another 12,000 metres to drill in phase 2 yet, Phase 2 is for 20,000 metres and 25 to 30 drill holes, all in the July presentation, as far as I know a phase 3 has never been mentioned.
Hopefully XTR will have decent income from Africa later in the year and early next year, that opens up new options regarding future funding, ie take on debt and not issue more shares.

From the 2/08/21 RNS "well-mineralised 173m interval of copper mineralisation from 239m depth" no the wonder CBs frustrated at the share price, fingers crossed for some nice assays this week.
What's happened to all the placing shares? 30% of share capitol and never a TR1.
My guess is the same people took part in both, sold the first placing shares at a profit and they're willing to take a small loss on the second placing shares, but will still be up overall and hope to have a free 8.5p warrant as well.
The AGM seems to be taking a long time to arrange.
First samples from holes BRDD21-007 and BRDD21-008 at Bushranger, heading off to the lab for assay

Still a low volume of shares traded today, there were some chunky sells £20k couple of £10k, yet the share price held up well. Not long ago this would be moved down 5% on a £500 sell, does that mean the MM know they have a buyer?
They quoted to take 600K shares from me this afternoon, and offered the same price as 100 shares. Found that a bit strange after the large sells, I was expecting no quote.
Companies statements below.
"The Company's target is to deliver a high return for shareholders by investing in significantly undervalued and/or high potential opportunities "
21/04/17 " Placing of 161,666,666 new ordinary shares in Metal Tiger at a placing price of 3p per ordinary share" (30p per share post consolidation)
26/07/21 "capital raising of A$5,000,000 (approximately £2.677m) (before costs), at a placing price of A$0.37 (approximately 20p)"
So 4 years and a commodities boom and MTR raise at 50%, still waiting to see the benefit of the ASX listing, and high return. Read the ASX notice for the cost of the raise, it didn't come cheap.
How can Cobre raised 6 million in April for drilling, and then spend 1 million buying shares? what happened to their Perrinvale prospect in Australia, the reason MTR subscribed to their IPO at 20 cents per share, now 16 cents.
MTR Buy Cobre shares, Cobre buy MTR shares, Ponzi scheme?
Will AA want BR even if 2MT proven up? They're investing 5 billion dollars in a copper mine in Peru due to start production next year, 500MT and talking about a 100 year mine life.
Something BR has in it's favour is location, location, location I don't think you'll need to divert a river, and pipe in water from 50 miles away, so development costs, and timeline should be a fraction of their Peru project.
My personal thought, Colin wants a decision from Anglo ASAP. If AA say no, can the licence area then be sub divided? would one of the other majors come knocking. He's done deals with Aussie listed copper producers in the past, and I think plenty will be waiting in the wings, hoping AA don't want it.
Everything that's going on at the moment, including the open pit modelling and the possibility of a decision to mine is to push AA, while also showing other what's available and the economics. Hopefully an exciting 6 months to come, certainly lots of activity in Australia, and should also be quite a bit of news from Africa.
So tomorrow 14/04/21 Atlas are set to get their next slice of WRES shares, by my calculation it's 3.3% of the new enlarged issue. Again from my calculations they got 1.1% on 1/04/21, they've also had shares issued on 4 other occasions.
The questions, will there be a holding RNS from Atlas or, are they already below the threshold?
and does anyone know what's happened to the nuns? hope they're all OK
Did I see a large trade around 1PM, or was I dreaming.
Gizzard posted about a 150k trade, and a move up so guessing this was £150k and not shares (£10k).
I thought it was for around 2,000,000 shares, but I can't find it, did anyone else see it?
My opinion, I feel Colin's held our hand since Christmas with the frequency of the RNS's, but he want to get back to running the business. This weeks share options, are another "clue", someone said why doesn't he just buy on the market? and then he buys nearly £60k on market another "clue". I'm almost sure he reads this board, from a comment he made on one of Zaks podcast.
An RNS confirming grades are in the expected range, or better is the one everyone's waiting for. The drill's turning 24/7 we don't need the blow by blow details any more, comforting as they were.
I've been a holder for a long time, like lots of people XTR was a huge paper loss. Now a small profit after years of averaging down and a lucky buy just before Christmas. Years ago Colin did a Q and A, where I though he seem genuinely concerned about what had happened to XTR shareholders under Jan Nelson, and felt he should have kept a closer eye on what Jan was doing.
I think since then he's been working hard for XTR shareholders, trying to recover the share price, and that through luck or more probably skill, he's found the answer, and a whole lot more in Bushranger.
All the clues are there, all you need to do is not sell, and to have some patience. This could be a district scale discovery, and XTR own it 100%, it's not just about one porphyry, just needs time to prove it.
"now I really hope I'm wrong, but I translate value as sale price" this is when said by MM and concerning MTR, so I might be surprised, but I won't be disappointed.
Thanks for the explanation, also good to know RR and Sprott don't need to sell any share to buy their warrants.
Yes we have £1.3 Million sat in our bank account and are happy to increase our %age in MTR. Did they confirm this via Email or was it a phone call?
Think you need to ask cashking for a quick history lesson on MTR, you seem to have some large holes in your knowledge. It was only 2018, Thai IPO had a lot of money spent on it, then written off.
Re Sandfire NSR MM has already talked about more drilling will put a value on this asset, now I really hope I'm wrong, but I translate value as sale price.
MTR has a nasty habit of pulling your trousers down, emptying your pockets and then giving you a good spanking. Trouble is I've now got some form of Stockholm syndrome and keep investing.
Once again today MTR true to form, but the rise has got to come, it's got to, or is that my Stockholm syndrome?
Anyone here go to the Walsall Meeting?
full flow of something, Bullshyte account
Probably like the vast majority of people I read this board, but chose not to post, guess a few other holders might have been put off posting now.
I'm not a ramper or deramper just a LT holder who felt it necessary to point out that in my opinion the warrants don't expire until 15/03/21 and not 10/03/21 which had been quoted three times, then asked some questions, some tongue in cheek. Consensus seems to be the money from the warrants should be spent on marketing.
Hydrogen, to me you're a well respected poster and have provided some great information over the years, also saw you on XTR last month, could be good timing, been there years also (but never posted). Thanks for answering some of my questions, unfortunately you've created more questions.
I don't have Bloomberg Terminal, just RNS and the MTR website, you state an named fund at number 6 position with 9 million shares, I make that 5.8% but can't find an RNS and no mention on MTR website as major holder.
Rick Rule's 6 million 3.91% are his personal account, his fund has 20,636,194, 13.46% from MTR website.
The big question for me, where's the liquidity for the AXS listing coming from, (did we need this listing) as always stated for every buy there need to be a sell, to me the obvious answer is TG's estate.
