You want to open a coffee shop, you can go it alone and struggle to build a reputation. They still have to pay for it one way or the other. The cost of the machine is insignificant in comparison to consumables . If a hospital buys a machine and it's used a full shift each day after only a couple of months the consumables will surpass the machine cost.
