It’s what I do as a job but when it comes to investment management within your pension you will be as qualified as any adviser. You will do it a lot cheaper through your sipp than SJP too I imagine. Compare the charges of the fund you’re in with them and an equivalent on your trading platform. I add value when it comes to drawing benefits in the most efficient way, cashflow modelling etc.
T4G I think you speak a lot of sense about this stock but you need to read your illustration from SJP. They charge initial commission which is paid for by your overly inflated annual management charge. And this is for their restricted internal investments, not whole of market like an independent financial adviser. I would suggest using some of your Boo research time to compare the two and you could have a better outcome there.
