Daltry, I think the shares have been awarded i.e. Free Correct me if I am wrong please do but I think they’ve just been offered a load of shares for nothing. Give me some UKOG shares if you like I’ll take them. When I can start trading I will sell them on the 24th of January. So HUR employees get a cash bonus paid for by PIs. Why are they not RNSing the SP drop quelling rumour and halting the PI exodus. I am assuming it’s just a random stab in the dark but I am more interested in shuts comment. This would make more sense as to the RNS radio silence. Live in hope - would love to see marshall Wallace stung.

Why not RNS? I’m hoping because there is something cooking (partnership / sale / fund raise..) which is preventing the Co from doing so. I don’t think the Co can really be uninterested in decimation of the Mcap and surely not ‘can’t be bothered’ to issue a reaffirmation RNS statement.
I can not think of another reason. If something had changed for the worse they would be obliged to RNS. I wish I was buying now but maxed out and skint.

Longwait I completely agree with what you say. I have a lot of respect for posters like you and others on this BB. My only point is if you were on the board wouldn’t you issue An RNS to say the situation is still the same? ... or Would you watch this SP slide happily and not respond? Don’t get me wrong I am holding here but it is very hard. I am yet to see a decent reason why the company does not issue an R.N. S to say that things have not changed.

Yes AS that’s the law but I’m talking about a bit of common sense:
‘ The company can give no explanation of the recent share price action. The situation has not changed.’

I am not very up I’m these things . Is it very hard to draft and file an RNS? Serious question because for the life of me I do not understand why the Co have not issued one bearing in mind as posted earlier today, it took them 2 hours to quell rumour of a big discovery at ww.

I think I agree with you there. I understand that HIR put all the information out there. But things have changed since the last R.N. S. That is the SP has collapsed. Admittedly this is nothing to do with operations however it is a lot to do with the company. For heaven’s sake how hard is it to write an RNS restating the facts and quelling these rumours.
