No split happening! It would take a year and lots of legal stuff, plus lots of split of equipment, debt, bonds etc. Not sure you realise the complexity, not a straight split. Plus more mines and plants in Russia, so more of a 40/60 split, with KAZ 40%. Cannot see any split, unless the war is still running in 2024? War for me will be settled before EU winter starts November this year!

Now GKP are debt free with bond paid off! Plus regular monthly payments coming in with no hassle. This is getting ready for a SGMin 2-3 weeks time maybe end of August with a bid to accept of £15-£20, even then it’s a steal for the profit margins. Plus new oil wells coming online, as well as oil price ready to rocket go $300 a barrel if Putin switches off oil and gas to EU as at 22 July 22.

Plus easy pickings for a takeover offer of £16 would seal and take this into Chinese or US hands?

Patience SFH300 all shares are in doldrums currently, unless Gold or oil/gas. Plus BBB are and will be a hit in next 6-18 months, patience is a virtue here!!

Stick with it SFH300. In about 6-12 months the Quickline sale profits and other PC consideration will come through and be paid out! Plus Australia and NZ are doing well, this is a slow burner like ORCH and needs a LTH and patience. I too am about 15% down, but it will come good! I am buying at 53p and below to lower average and await payouts!!

New NED brought in to support and smooth the merger/sale of GKP, without the need for shareholder approval. The BOD can approve and agree this on their own and maybe, just maybe the groundwork and admin has already been done and she has been brought in to smooth the last few bits on the checklist?

This is a LTH for 2 years and needs peace in Ukraine and sanctions,banks and trade resumed, it will be a minimum of 15 months if peace was agreed next week! Get used to it, the auditors will be appointed and POLY will continue to mine and make huge amounts of money. Which we will get in 16-24 months via divi, growth and future so3 oaks , buybacks and acquisitions!!! Patience is a virtue!

Why don’t you read the RNS’s. The split is only a thought and would be years off! Plus auditors will be in place in 2 months settle down and be patient and wait! This is a LTH of atleast 15 months before anything good!!

This is just the bandwagon PI’s who bought in cheap, hoping for a 3 month turnaround and a profit at £6 a share!! This is a LTH and the Primark, Wetherspoon lot who bought in cheap are not LTH and are moving on!
