Paul, whoever is in charge will not what alter what resides under the West Newton drilling area fields. I do feel however that the present management will/would take far longer to bring a successful drilling campaign to Commercialisation and subsequently any payback to investors. With their track record to date a lot more director share will/would also be allocated along the way.

The countdown clock is running. From today until the end of the year 2022 there is only 28 significant days of trading left on the UK Stock Exchange.
This is significant as the resident troll has repeatedly stated that she will leave this board unless the £1 per share mark is not posted by December 31st.
The trading days left in November after today are 12
The trading days left in December are 16 *
* The 2 half day holidays on 23rd and 30th December are excluded as there are hardly any trades on those days.

So on average, the upward price movement will be in the order of over 2p per trading day.
Sorry Heid, I just do not see that or even anywhere remotely close.

NVG....I think there is little doubt that Heid (top repetitive company ramper) is treading a thin line with some of her/his posts regarding the legality aspect.
It is a disgrace that entities have to go to these extremes of clogging up discussion boards with repetitive ramp after ramp after ramp to try to lure people into buying into a very high risky venture.

Paul, what do you expect, they are two city slickers taking the P!ss. Along the road making sure whatever occurs they will be 'quids in'. Just par for the course. They are just copying what others have done for many many years. Some make dividends for their investors the vast majority do not and are just lifestyle companies for them. A punt at best but needs to be a small one in my experience of small oil and gas exploration outfits..

What this company needs for the s p to gain traction is some really bad news.
Then Heid may get somewhere near halfway to her £1 projection by the New Near.

Failure for the dynamic duo to remain in position will/would reflect very badly on her position and further attempts at ramping with UJO will/would also suffer as a consequence. High risk stakes for Heid with great risk to any little credibility she may have.

Sunflower Alliance v. California Department of Conservation, Geologic Energy
Management Division. This case challenges the state agency's compliance with
the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) with respect to the PAL Reabold
072-00-0001 Project, for wastewater injection into an existing well. The
Petition was filed on December 29, 2021 in the Alameda County Superior Court.
The Petitioner seeks an order setting aside the state agency's approval of a
wastewater injection permit; damages are not sought in the lawsuit. On February
22, 2022, Real Party in Interest Reabold California, LLC filed a motion to
transfer the case to the Contra Costa County Superior Court. On March 22, 2022,
the Alameda County Superior Court ordered the case transferred to the Contra
Costa County Superior Court. On August 15, 2022, the Contra Costa County
Superior Court provided notice that the transfer has been completed and the case
filed in that court. If successful, the lawsuit would prevent Reabold from
injecting wastewater into an existing well until any CEQA deficiencies are
addressed. The California Attorney General is defending the state agency,
which disputes Petitioner's claims. At this time, it's unclear when the litigation
will be resolved.

The question to be answered next week is this...............
