For example you may find out that a director of a company you are looking to invest in has been involved in eight other companies who have all been liquidated. Surely that would be useful information prior to making a decision.

cloves, I think you misunderstand me. What I am saying and if you have actually logged into Companies House you would know, there is far more information that has to by law be posted there, information that you will NOT find on any RNS's.

No the accounts are not fraudulent, but they do not tell you every thing by some measure. Go there and then follow all the trails of the different companies the directors are involved with, share allocations, other directors and the companies they are involved with. Should take days if you really need to find information other than the superficial.

IAmNot........I feel that your West Newton is borderline Commercial statement is where we are at. The dynamic duo will already know if that is the current situation, and if so, are dragging it out for their own end game scenario. If it is poor or bad news investors will be kept in the dark a long time, perhaps even long enough in RBD's eyes that planning may not be passed. Then they can turn around and say ok we tired but were stopped by external influences.
Another matter that concerns me was that no private investors were allowed to attend the AGM last month. They cannot hide under Covid-19 laws either that they were unable to have an open AGM. That is very significant, as it has not allowed any one to ask searching questions about any 'asset' that RBD has. I smelt that rat, in which investors would be barred from attending when it was flagged up weeks before the AGM actually took place. Read all about it on their own website not via an RNS!

By early next week if Reabold doesn't disassociate themselves with BMD's remarks given the obvious effect it has had on the share price, I think it would be safe to assume their is some truth in the allegation.

ChrisHutch seems a genuine guy to me. He as well as myself may have backed a loser here. Both under water at the present time.
