Business Update – DaaP and Licensing Transactions

The Company is pleased to confirm that, while the formal DaaP buyer’s announcement has been rescheduled, the DaaP buyer has authorised the release of funds held in escrow to the licensing paying agent.

The paying agent (of New York City) will issue notifications to shareholders on Friday, 25th April 2025, via email. This notification will include a link to the agent’s portal, where shareholders can access full details relating to the payment process. Any necessary documentation will be provided and, upon completion, payments are expected to be processed within 72 hours.

The DaaP buyer’s announcement will be published in the medtech section of their website on Monday, 28th April 2025. A direct link to this announcement will also be made available on the Company’s website immediately following its publication.

In line with previous updates, shareholders who continue to defame the Company, its officers or its relatives will have their payments withheld in accordance with the provisions set out under clauses 62 to 68 of the Company’s Bylaws. Any such withheld payments will be securely held in escrow until the matter is resolved. We appreciate those shareholders who have complied with these provisions.

The Company takes defamation seriously and will pursue legal action where necessary.

We would like to thank our shareholders for their continued patience and support throughout what has been a complex and demanding process. It has been a long journey, but we are now in the final stages. Your trust and perseverance have been greatly appreciated as we move towards completion.

If you check out the RNS dated 19th December, you will see how the principal of $6.14m for ICC1 became 9.7m with costs, interest etc. That interest will continue to be accrued until payment is made. So yes, in a win situation there will be significant extra costs.

the tunisian side is trying to cut their losses and exit on the cheap, currently $180m on the table. zenith appears determined to hold out for more, but the game-changer could be the payment terms. if it become a single lump sum then that could get interesting 🚀 @zenithenergyltd

there is no doubt that there will be payments, they will be able to get up to 80% of 130 million dollars + lost interest, so i think ac will go for it.

if they settle in case 2, both parties may want to continue case 3. until they find something both parties can live with.

What is a certainty is that AC put £500k of his own money in at 9.5p, I don't see him and other directors adding unless pretty certain they will make money.

Why do you think you will be able to buy for less in a few days?

I wasn't expecting this drop after the £190k buy. It seems as Norway started dropping we did too. On a plus note, can now buy lower than placement so hopefully see some good buys coming through.

The big buy seems to have prompted some buying. With anticipation of meeting tomorrow I think we will end the day even, possibly a bit of blue.

Looks like the 4 biggest trades from yesterday printed are all buys, over 11million shares.
