Angus, a lot of people here invested large sums so I don't think it's very funny. If as you are certain we've been robbed including yourself, one would think you would learn by mistakes.
However, I see you have lost 'everything' in COPL. The writing was on the wall for a long time there but you carried on buying, listening to people while they were busy offloading. Not really so funny is it

Ha ha, you'll have a job to find a spa in the netherlands that isn't nudist. After my initial horror it becomes normal very quickly, they grow up with it so really aren't interested in looking at you. Wonderful experience and will do again :-)

Exactly and I have indeed wrote to them again, I was furious and with the addition of a telephone call confirming the first message and them stating a corporate action was incoming. There is no chance I will be letting this drop
I don't doubt this vagabondo, but I do question if they are all singing from the same hymn sheet. i think people are getting conflicting messages from the same brokers.
I have in writing from HL one message stating they have had direct contact and the following day saying they haven't.
It's a dreadful situation this not knowing especially when most wrote this off years ago but were then given some hope. I just wish the whole damned saga would conclude one way or another as soon as possible.

I also directed the same question and they said the same, direct contact. When someone else posted here saying they were told no direct contact just info gained from website I messaged again and telephoned. On phone they said yes they had contact but next day they sent message that they had no contact.
I don't think anyone here is lying about what they've been told just that brokers are giving out conflicting messages.
However, I can't think the people here who said Lloyd's and ii both said documentation has been received from paying agent could have dreamt it so I'm inclined towards this being the case and that there is something happening.

I don't think he would have 'heard' they received the documentation if they didn't say so, fully believe he was given information as he stated.
Having said that my 2 written responses from HL were completely at odds with each other. I wrote to ask which is correct and they simply wrote back to say they were chasing but had heard nothing. My trust in the brokers giving correct information has diminished as they also said during a telephone call that they had heard direct from Cloudtag only to later say not.
Just gonna have to wait and see
I like to check in on British Bulls as they do seem to get it right here, in fact 8 out of the 9 last signals have been correct.
The stay in cash signal changed to BUY last night so hope they are right again this time and we see some strong upward momentum.

After posting message from HL yesterday I immediately wrote again after seeing conflicting messages here. I then telephoned them as I was eager to get to the bottom of it. I didn't then expect a reply to my message but received this about an hour ago.....

I can confirm that we are still waiting for the paying agent to credit us with the funds to release to shareholders.
Once this has been received and released to shareholders, we will contact you confirming this payment has been made.
Our Corporate Actions Team have chased with CloudTag regarding this payment but we are still yet to receive a response.
The most up to date info we have is what published on CloudTag's website.
We are aware the payment is due and we will continue to chase.

OK, just been advised that the secure message I received is correct and they have had comms direct rom Cloudtag regarding the corporate action.
I'm satisfied that the info I put out is indeed accurate but for anyone who doesn't believe me, please check yourself.
I'm currently on hold to HL, Dominic is not able to take calls but just sends emails. The person I was speaking to has said perhaps this message was not sent today but he is investigating now.
I contact them through my HL App as I prefer to have messages in writing which I can assure you I did and it was exactly as posted today.
