Let me try to explain and this is my last post on this matter.

Microstrategy is seen as having plateaued, the share price is about$375 and so it's unable to raise more and more money to buy more bitcoin. The only way of doing this is through convertible bonds and Microstrategy have already $8.2bn of these issued.

This means they have to pay interest on these yearly and buy them back at the end of their term. This is extremely costly. Paying yearly interest of about $500 million to their holders and then $8.5 billion to buy them back at the end of their term.

It is unlikely Microstrategy will be able to buy lots more bitcoins.

Where as SWC can raise funds more easily through WRAP offers to new and existing investors at the share price it it at. This means they are only on the start of their bitcoin accumulation journey and will be able to buy loads more bitcoin by raising funds this way.

SWC is about £3 a share and Microstrategy is about $375 a share.

So SWC are seen as being able to raise more money to buy bitcoin and Microstrategy are seen as having reached their limit.
