Maxwell Technologies Share Price had been below $1 prior to Tesla taking them over.

Their share price steadily increased to nearly $5 during the time of the Tesla interest. The 55% premium was at the very end so in effect it was more like 500% premium.

I have never stated 3 out of 4 Jury Trials come out in favour of the Plaintiff, i.e. the owner of the patent. I think this was stated by another poster.

As far as I can remember the statistics for jury trials coming out in favour of the Plaintiff are much higher than 3 out of 4.

Jury trials are good for us and for Cap-xx.

Maxwell Technologies are trying to get the case against them dismissed.

This is normal practice because what they're really trying to do is to find out all the evidence CAP-XX have against them.

CAP-XX are doing their best not to give them all the evidence they have against them because they know what Maxwell are trying to do.

At this stage of a patent infringement court case the plaintiff, CAP-XX, don't have to provide all the evidence they have against the defendant, Maxwell.

It's a bit like a cat and mouse game at present.

I've been involved in court cases, case law and negotiations for the last 10 years.

I'm impressed with Cap-xx's legal team and their rebuttal of Maxwell Technologies latest motion to dismiss.

You're right it didn't include all directors.

However, none of the other directors have ever sold their boohoo shares and I can't see them selling any now or in the near future. Plus the other directors don't have anywhere near the level of boohoo shares that Mahmud Kamani and Carol Kane had.

It sounds to me like you're worrying unnecessarily.

I read recently that it's after the completion of depositions Ioxus'll know what chance they have of winning the patent infringement court case.

Depositions are like witness statements and were concluded at the end of December 2019 for Cap-xx's patent infringement court case against Ioxus.
