Jury Trials6 Feb 2020 16:38
Just to remind everyone again.
Jury trials work out much better for plaintiffs when it comes to winning patent cases hence why plaintiffs, like Cap-xx, demand jury trials.
Statistics prove jury trials come out best for the plaintiffs. Juries side with those they see as the patent owners, i.e. the plaintiffs, and rarely take the side of those who infringe patents, i.e. the defendants.
I have never stated 3 out of 4 Jury Trials come out in favour of the Plaintiff, i.e. the owner of the patent. I think this was stated by another poster.
As far as I can remember the statistics for jury trials coming out in favour of the Plaintiff are much higher than 3 out of 4.
Jury trials are good for us and for Cap-xx.
Hope that helps everyone.
