I think Enquest will surprise with debt reduction.

They haven’t paid any EPL yet, 70m will be paid in autumn. There was a transaction they paid in half of it around new year but got it back in spring as it was too early. I also think EPL will be changed as for the other companies paying 40+35% doesn’t work and will kill the industry.

We should also know that Enquest now basically no hedge on the upside so if oil goes to 90-100 we will get close to that. And after October they will have no more big payments, GE , bond and tax cleared.

Kamrat, I think general understanding is that the price floor won’t make any difference on the EPL to be paid in October or in future.

Unless both oil and gas go under floor for 2 quarters then EPL will be removed completely.

Sekforde, many have been holding around 7-8 year while FCF debt reduction been 1500m usd during that period. And it barely lifted SP before EPL even.

Most are sitting with losses except the ones bought during worst covid period.

And the EPL is most unfair thing I seen.

Of course we worried about current EPL and Labour and it’s not a sure thing another 400-500m FCF over next years will lift SP if politics remains same
