A buyer of oil would need to consider the location of the oil field and transport and its reflected in the premium they willing to pay.
Just like any other business.
Your refering to bit extreme cases of oil from fields in Australia and prices in Singapore.
As you see on below link price of VLSFO is approx 25% more in Singapore then Rotterdam

Leadtime is maybe also another factor to consider and this situation for an asian buyer.

I am certain there high demand for Kraken and premiums are paid.
Maybe Enq gets somethink in middle of brent and these extreme cases.
We should also remember this just started and premiums will probably continue increase.

Here is one example US to ASIA cost 5 usd and might gone up further.
As a buyer in asia for example for the oil from Enq Malaysian field you could then pay 5 usd premium for the oil

If Kraken field was situated in asia/Australia the premium would be even bigger, thats my view of it

Someone need pay for transport, in my logic it doesnt matter who.
Part of the preminum in asia or even further away Australia with less oilfields nearby I guess could be due to transport.
Thats why I think its interesting know the rough freight cost

Hedge 3-4 months 50% now.
If oil goes up to 80 in 1 month, continue hedge further
If oil goes down , we atleast got some hedge good on these levels
