It was well documented that the deal was done suspiciously cheap. It was just by chance when i saw the old RNS today mentioning Ed Mcdermott at Optiva Securities did I click that Ed, then working at Optiva helped FFWD do the dirty deal.....Funny just a few months later he is given a job at FFWD. Maybe a little sweetner over the shady deal. Then years of giving many millions to his friends companies, followed by another shady deal with Leap.......Very suspicious

So the sale was well documented as a shady deal back then. What wasn't noticed was a certain person known as Ed Mcdermott of Optiva Securities helping this rather shady cheap deal go through to the 'unknown buyers' before being legally removed from google as certain friends. FFWD a couple of months ( great pun ) and Ed joins the wonderful team here. Probably threatened to talk.....hahhahah

so ed brokered the deal for good old jim. selling their 5% chunk of moon for $750k.....at a time when it was said that 5% of moon should be worth $10million plus.......a few months later ed is on the bod for ffwd / seed. then good ole ed doing an amazing deal with the leap sale to ahhemm friends.......doesn't look suspicious at all does it??????????????????? years of doing nothing but invest in friends play ventures...holding stock even when dropping all the way to zero.....losing nav over all the years.....though mates are still getting amazing investments into their play companies, and ed not selling even when obvious they will go under...........ed would never be sacked....as ****e as he is,,,,,,he's part of the shady boys club......they are all the same,,,,,,scum

Now did you notice the broker for FFWD. Well Ed McDermott...........Before he even started is hard graft at FFWD / SEED. Though he did join FFWD less than six months after the rather cheap. shady and downright ridiculouysly cheap deal ( an analyst....NOT doggo or one of the other plebs) said at the time of the sale the 5% holding should be worth around £10m to FFWD / SEED. Which was probably true as the "unknown buyer" ahemm speculated and said to be a friend sold it for £50m just over a year later.....Mmmmmmm food for thought......

An unknown buyer completed the acquisition of 4.9% stake in Moon Active Ltd. from Fastforward Innovations Limited (AIM:FFWD) on September 18, 2017.

Remember.......Moon Active was sold by FFWD (Seed) for a small profit.....A profit of around $250k dollars. At a time when even back then its revenues were over $100m

This small holding of Moon Active that FFWD sold for a bargain price..... would have been worth in the region of £50million just a short while after. Therefore looking like it was sold UNBELIEVABLY cheap!!!!

He is currently on his 7th X account. As soon as he gets more exposure as a fraud he will vanish

Where is he these days? Told me this was a long term hold and a dead cert. Don't tell me he's the same Qu1nt that has had 6 X accounts in the last 2 years. Keeps on coming back telling everyone he is a share guru, fails miserably and then dissapears for another month or two. He told me he was on the phone to the BOD here every couple of days, he chats with Warren Buffet every week too. He's well connected....lol...hahahha

To lose money over 9 years takes some doing. To have a NAV value lower than it was 9 years ago, after all these fantastic deals they talked about is quite some acheivement.

Ed is nothing short of a con man. Deceiving and misleading investors.Lorne and Jim Mellon left the BOD to avoid further embarrassment and Ed has carried on the tradition and trend of ensuring the NAV of the fund continues to decrease, even if the NAV were to double, I don't see it moving the share price. The history of this shady so called fund will never change. It's too embarrassing for even doggo and Qu1nt to ramp, its dead in the water

This was another of his amazing tips.hahhahah He used to tell everyone at 4.30pm each day his share tip of the day...lol and how he bought in at the lowest of the day and sold at the highest...He's so funny

I've been negative about this share for many years. Once held a large amount, the lack of soemone who can manage a fund and the very shady deals with friends over the years is the reason I really do not see this recovering. The NAV has lost more than half over the last eight years, and even if it were to double from here would it attract investors.....NO

Jim makes his money from curency trading these days.. Shares are a tiny% of his wealth.....he's in around 20 of his own ventures and only 3 or 4 have made shareholders money.........Ed same......Eduarado....same.....this is just set as a front....wages for a few years....assets to zero...tax write off for everyone.....POS

There were several shady deals. Factom their biggest investment over £5m into a company that all the big investors and shareholders refused to put any more money into......£5m to zero.....yooya and its variants £3m into friends holding....zero..Moon sold for £500k when a big published shareholder made an article later to be removed via google who said was worth in the region of £10m.....well those buddies sold it a year later for £30m...so yess it probably was worth about £10m when they sold it......Today that tiny holding would have been worth £300m to SEED......But never mind Ed make a couple of thousand on a trade recently.....What a joke

Jim mellon sold some FFWD/Seed a while back to p1ss Edd off. Relative to his wealth his purchase is the same as an investor with £100k portfolio adding £20 worth of Seed shares. Jim left the BOD here to avoid embarrassment , shortly after an article exposed the BOD's wages and expenses being around 15% of the NAV each year. Every year the NAV has decreased and it will continue

In 2024, Tekcapital created two new products by integrating existing GenAI large language models into these assets.

But yes, they own over 60% so that would surely be £3m Plus??

I was just looking at the last report for Geni. They have it listed on the balance sheet at 0.2 Million asa below

The fair value of the holding, following the transfer of assets from Tekcapital LLC as of 4 June 2024, totals US$0.2m

The NAV will be in the region of 23p due to the drop in the 3 listed. It’s mainly those 3 and Guidant as Geni is only £200k or so. All done to Guidant to push this north valued at £18m here but could be worth many more times that.

A quick calculation gives Mindflair a NAV in excess of £20m. Following the last update I had calculated a NAV of around 4p a share a couple of weeks back. The investments they hold still have so much further to go with listings etc.

Does anyone have an accurate NAV. At the last accounts it was 2.7p. Mindflair hold 19% of SVV1, who in turn hold 0.08% of IR. The current increase in the value of IR would equate to an increase of roughly £4m to the NAV of Mindflair? Giving a NAV after adjustment to 3.8p . Has anyone got an accurate SVV1 fund report? Would like to see estimates of others, I'll try and calculate a more accurate one if I can get hold of reports.
