If a big fish (like shell) comes in and buys or takes over a company like LEK what happens to the share price? this might be a crystal ball question but i have no clue so just looking to see if any of you guys would know a likely outcome? many thanks for the info and patience with my questions.

What news are we waiting on that will change the SP? Is it not all good news as it sits?

Is the RNS from the AGM actually telling us anything? And if so why is it put out at 16:17,a time to make zero impact on the SP?

When will they give up? If everyone knows that the SP should be higher how do we get it out this crazy situation? Most shares I look at on this LSE all start high and end up low after a few years,are we all just passing on cash away to other people.....do we get anything from our shares in Lekoil? Dividends or anything?

So we sit about saying that the price should be higher, when its not......waiting for news for it to rise......but what happens if the news is bad?
