Obviously doesn't directly help from an investment tool but when doing research thought it may help show direction of travel. Occurred after MTFBs placing yesterday, obviously not good for holders at the time, but the %dilution was smaller than the ratio of funds to market cap, so could be said to have grown the company

Zib, I know the bit about the uplift that affects the relative depths of the geological layers, but what I was getting at was we seem to be going for an older layer, geologically speaking, than Shah Deniz.

Zib, I'm also fascinated by the comparison but I think most of the productive Shah Deniz wells are around 7000m from the Pliocene layer but in relative geological terms we are actually going deeper which would maybe suggest a different geological trap system. Any geologists out there care to comment??

Slight correction, those figures were based on slide 13, ie before the test results from zones 14/15 we're modelled, so the numbers would actually be even better!

Slide 13 suggests a well cost of $3 with corresponding cash flow, suggesting it is cost neutral at 6 months. So $3M divided by $56.8 dollars per barrel (stated price minus opex), divided by 180 days = 293 barrel per day production. So initial results (pre extended test) suggest zone9 and or 13 only have to contribute 23 barrels per day to be able to pay off a sample Taribani well in 6 months. Oil at $70, only needs 250 bopd to pay a well off in six months. Self sustain - you bet!

The placing was always coming otherwise how lse could GLR further define the resource and the implied value. What I find more disturbing is the lack of detail over the similar number of warrants. A small number to thecadvisors for arranging the placing would be normal, but this stinks of preferential treatment for insiders imo
