The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
Daffy, no one knows for sure, depends on quality.
Zimbabwe average price between $70 - $90 per carat, but IF and it's still a big IF, VAST got the diamonds they would have to be cleaned and assessed first - it wont happen overnight, it's the start of a legal process
Techguru, are you really that desperate that making personal and derogatory comments about another poster will improve the SP position?
What does that attitude make you a guru of - hate? Jealousy?
Sandy has made more useful, realistic and factual comments than your little tribe of rampers - and I'm saying that from someone who has disagreed with him in the past
Grow a pair and apologise
Noba 'minimum amount of shares floating in the market'
Can I refer you to VASTs website
The number of ordinary shares in issue: 2,281,643,324 as of 15 November 2022.
There are no shares held in treasury.
Percentage of shares not in public hands: as of 15 November 2022, 0.86% of the Company’s securities were not in public hands.
So actually 99.14% of shares are in free float - or if you want to ignore the one 3%+ shareholder (John Dering Nettleton ), then still 96%+ of shares are in free float
Dont let facts get in the way of a bad ramp though......
DanielC- the issue with trying to project forward the TJK revenues from Q1 is, as was pointed out by some, is that there was no clarity whether that revenue was recurring
It has since become clearer, that money was for consultancy fees and maybe a signing bonus (clear as mud)
I'm sure AP would have been publishing and desperately podcasting any quarterly revenues if they actually existed
We should, in theory at least, find out soon if TJK has contributed any revenue ( I'd be amazed if they told us of any related costs at the same time sadly)
IngestingGenius (cough, cough) , your happy to think there’s a deramping group - is there a ramping group full of gurus, geniuses and Nobs?
You say the charts doesn’t lie, so how come you said around 0.40 was a good buying point based on the chart ??
Who should we strap the electrodes to….
Giovs, iirc, mainly a technical spike stimulated by an RNS, deliberately lacking in detail or specifics that reported revenue received from Tajikistan
It concealed poor quarterly revenue from BP and didn't explain whether the TJK revenue was a one off or would be repeated - this , imho, deliberate vagueness gave the rampers the opportunity to hype the figures with no facts or detail to justify them
Asi, thanks for the cut an paste - hopefully hasiba will have the good grace to acknowledge reality
iG - at one point (after the share deal for the holdings in APMG, Prelea held around 12.7% iirc. So his current holding % shows just how much VAST has diluted holders.
And that’s ignoring all the dilution before he was forced to offload that 20% - in effect we all have Atlas to thank for making him liable to the same dilution he’d forced on holders for the previous three years
Sandy, thanks for taking the time to have a stab at your production analysis - obviously wont hold you to it, as like me, can only work from the info available and extrapolate
No surprise that the hard of reading, dont comment in detail on the thought process, either positely or negatively, after all, they've all surely done their own research!!!!
Plus, they see your latest post and ignore the timescale and risk approach, just think they can start happy clapping again
Will post my thoughts re your outline when I get time
BurtonD- did you write that yourself?
Is selected copy and paste pass for journalism/reporting in the internet age, or did VAST give you a bung?
'Short term liabilities of £933,020' - so you are willing to help mislead potential investors about the size of the debt - define short term? H1 2023?
InvestingGenius (cough, cough) "There was a 350% increase in Sales so far in Q4 compared to Q3. Which is obviously good news"
Sounds good, however had production gone up by 350% to support that sales figure
Or had they sold the inventory left over fromQ3 ?- yes is the answer
As ever, transparency is a murky word to AP
