There's still a risk for Lanstead as with all larger investors in the AIM market. The 12% reduction they accepted speaks volumes to me. That's not mentioning the other 33% that invested on an oversubscribed placing.

As Tim said the circa 12% discount on the placing wasn't anywhere near some of the horror stories we see (or live through).

It was mentioned before that if not for Tim and the previous deal with Lanstead following the P3 failure IMM would probably not be here now. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and trust 2025 is the year we have long (and painfully as investors) waited for.

Very similar train of thought. All my holdings are in my SIPP. As strange as it sounds I'm happy for it to knock around the 3.75p until the next financial year as I'd like to buy some shares in my personal ISA.

Wouldn't either Avion or IMM advise the market if it was a dead duck? Does anyone know if Avion payments are still showing up on the books? I guess that would be the test?

My recollection is fusy, but I believe the FDA looked favourably on the first trail (although not a pass) - working with IMM to 'sculpt' the second trial. Then Avion agreed to pay for the second trial? Happy to be corrected.

The 'ground breaking' p140 findings are exciting and looking forward to what has to be released on those findings.
