I'd imagine the board are wondering how to get the millions back they invested, sleepless nights for sure. Yes they have strong cash balance, but this will get eaten very quickly..

Having worked with RR for many years through my employer at the time who was tier one to them, I was always amazed at the amount off project Managers on 100k plus that pitched up at meetings to drink coffee and argue with each other, then achieve nothing.
For this business to succeed they need to do what Royal mail are doing, and wipe most of of them out.. Would be a good start in my opinion. GLA
