There were a number of people who believed (rightly or wrongly based on previous occasions where a branch road was being constructed to the site) that when they started an RNS was going to appear.
It appears you have cleared that point up. Thank you. We won't expert any news and take it that the roadway (which was 25 to 30 miles or so iirrc and correct me if I am wrong) is already being built and we will get news when it's completed.

I was not saying I was a world authority on anything.

One question you can answer (if you will reply to this?) As you don't post often or anywhere other than 88e (So I can pretty safely assume your operating an 88e only account there).
With regards to the ice road news which do you believe is the leakier ship? PMO? 88e?
Or is the iceroad not started yet in your honest opinion?

Yea I know there are AIM rules and indeed thanks for pointing out differences with the ASX, I know US listings are different again. I did highlight that because (I thought rightly or wrongly) someone questioned IF the road had started yet from the highway? Seems like it has according to PMO. RNS to follow?

Tullow bounced back somewhat,
At the moment I think with the endless RNS about the money arriving and extension after extension, the creditability and the "gullibility" of both shareholders and board to keep extending deadlines and to move on need some line drawn under it to get that kind of bounce back. 5pps would be good. I can see the funds keeping PVR ticking over (hopefully) longer than expected, in skeleton staff mode. The cash raise didn't finish PVR off. The amount of doomsters saying that was it!
Confidence is what's been lost.
It need someone to develop it. That's the problem. And either money to sit there while we wait for oil to become too attractive again and invest or someone with enough vision, backing and experience to get the job done.
It feels to me like the deal was never on with APEC. contrary to any other comments.
I wonder how many other investors feel the same?
How many will trust PVR until that line has been drawn, clarified and rung out?

I didn't realise the full story behind 88ewiki. My comments were not aimed at it.
Reading between th lines with the PMO message villas, it all looks pretty clear, but its that sort of thing I would not trust all that much over an 88e release RNS. It could well be true. But there in lies the rub. It could well be wrong! It could be main (iirc) highway there talking about.
With 88ewiki I am sure there must be others her willing to help brom?
I can see how it could take a fair bit of commitment.

I knew I should have not posted it. And explaining is probably digging a deeper hole! THIS IS NOT SPECIFIC TO 88e.
Sometimes I have seen info spread far and wide. Hard to confirm, Sites are minimal or worse outdated and left.
Often the case as AIM companies come and go. Partner, change listed market, rename etc. Info and release of info is not centralised or worse not true. It is why I trust the RNS release above anything put on a website. And strongly suggest others do (generally), as a 12 year old can build a website and a few photos and you think you have a news release!
It was general investing advice for people reading. I did not want some on reading my post (not that anyone would take the blindest bit of interest) to go off and think I would (generally) trust a website (be it PMO, BP, APEC or anyone else) over a released RNS to inform shareholders.

I think understand your point that the transfer of 11 million or so for the survey to be carried out was not linked to the Farm out agreement and transfer of 50% equity to apec.
Which would seem to beg the question has PVR transferred this equity in "good faith" in the hopes it gets the 11 million for the survey? and the farm out to go ahead? With no money arriving (and no answer as to where it is where its gone where its being held whether its returned?) and no explanation, a deal or any transfer of money from apec in the future should and would be treated with suspicion until there are answers. If this was the case and it was believed the money was going to turn up we should at least be able to see the correspondence or state of play and if this wans't why did PVR feel so obliged to protect APEC from being seen as bad payers and not following though with the payment?
I can only assume PVR were making it up as they went along? Or they are too scarred to post anything on APEC as it weaken their hand for a court case. for return of asset.
I doubt very much it's in shareholders interest for someone to suggest to work with apec after a non payment of 11million.

The other thing I was going to say is although releasing info on a company website is informing the general public (and I don't think this is at all the case with 88e) because a 12 year old "could" build one it customary to keep share holders informed by releasing the info though an RNS not a website, . Which was why the earlier question of Does it cost to release a RNS? (besides the checking and double checking of the facts before its released to the share holders.)

The concrete setting times are going to make the drill process longer than a week or 2 with the amount of layers and pours?
Is it confirmed they are going to flo test the hrz?
