AC should have made the point more strongly this was an asset they only paid £200k for imho and made out of the other prospects ie Tunis.
Do agree he needs to deliver strongly on one though, sp's going nowhere til he does.

Surprised they get them away at such a good price. 0.7p is very good with the sp where it is. Can't work out why these placings are never at a real discount? You can't flip 0.7p shares so no bucketshop involvement he's actually placing the shares with investors who want them?

Agreed, I was quite impressed and am already looking forward to next months update. Don't see BTC dropping from these levels any more either, worlds too messed up and money printing just too silly. Even silvers flying again and thats always felt hated by bankers.

That is a fair point. last trading update said ebitda positive and had comments about not needing to raise with "current" expected expenditure but stating cashflow positive would be better.
They had more cash last year than this from the T.U. and had to raise so would be good to put that one to bed.

They've some production already in Tunis haven't they? Small potatoes at the mo but its there. Currently in the same position UOG was with their Egyptian purchase last year. took an age for Officialdom to legitimise but the production was theirs from day 1.

Very good loan terms though and he's going for another on the same terms + is talking to "2 pan African financial institutions for a loan facility that will be used to fund the acquisition and development of Zenith's growing portfolio in West Africa" so maybe dilution days are over.
At the end of the day we're only asking him to build a co. with a greater than £2.1m marketcap so the bars set pretty low .

Note I haven't said they'll get the $5.3m in whole or part just that your mark my words guess is just that.

Doubt you will be on the debt. SNPC don't just owe zen they owe billions to different oil co's and its largely for their share of works they haven't paid for.
Their debts are pretty much assured to go on congos balance sheet and they'll have to pay to keep imf funding etc.
Not sure zen will get all AAOG were owed but think they'll get part with or without the licence.

Total said in a statement that the $1.2 billion SNPC owes it is reimbursement for payments made on SNPC’s behalf to fund development of production facilities.
