Satellite Rishi hasn't gone back to the fracking ban imo. Whats been said is they're going back to the position of waiting on the "new science" which funnily enough they're working on with IGAS (according to IGAS's no's last month)

This is their whole position. No ban just waiting on the science now that Labour can no longer say no.

Reading between the lines its actually a fairly positive position to be in. Sneaky tories soon gonna stuff the antifrackers imo.

What no.10 has actually confirmed is that they're going back to the position of waiting on the "new science" that they and IGAS are developing before bringing it to the public at which point parliament won't be able to stop it now they've had the vote last week.
Down to IGAS now to present this new science they announced in their results last month so we can move forward.

1. You're not in the know you're an investor who was unlucky enough to buy in the 90's and sell in the 30's so needing to continue to be negative for personal emotional support.

2. The link you gave was to the Mets climate prediction page using AGW models that fail them year after year as they are unable to properly allocate solar forcing (ie they don't believe in it its all Co2)

This para could well be describing water flowing from the reservoir imo. Needs a further update on what they mean by "understand our reservoir characteristics on the North Slope."

Well they did say it won't effect this years finances rather 2023 and 2024 so maybe not such a big thing for them as imagined as yet?
Needs a few of the oil clean up contracts they were hoping for last year to come through imho.

The UK’s next prime minister will be pro-fracking but only if local people want it.

Once reality bites and its realized the amount of damage the antifracking industry is doing then commonsense should prevail imo.
Having your gas turned off on really cold evenings is going to be quite the shock even for the most ardent greenies.

The government is allegedly drawing up a plan that could see residents living close to proposed fracking sites offered payments of up to £1,000 to give their consent.

A few weeks ago, the government formally lifted a ban on fracking for shale gas in England in a bid to boost and diversify the UK’s energy supplies.

According to the proposed plan, if the majority of local residents agree with gas wells being drilled near their homes, then the payments would be made to all members of the local community, even to those who had opposed the development.

They don't have to be for fracking they just have to let the democratic process go through as happened last night.
Now its down to the fracking co's to get locals onboard for conditional planning permission which with their purported £1000 sweeteners should be quite doable imo.

Up 300 percent from its lows though.
Pleased with the vote tonight myself. Would be good to see IGAS move quickly on the planning front now.
Winter fuel bills will help the sheeple give conditional approval imo.

Agreed, they certainly seem to be right co. right product for the Indian market.

Nektar could possibly make a cash offer imo but they'd have to place. Would depend on the appetite of their backers for risk I guess.
They have severely cut costs this year with 70% of staff let go.

Agreed and if they make/announce substantial progress on the €4m by end of yr as expected along with confirmation of their predicted €100k/month going forward sp's going to feel very "safe" at this level imho.
