You do make some valid point eggroll but this line from the placing RNS..
The Placing Price of 10 pence per new Ordinary Share represents a discount of approximately 10.7 per cent. to the closing mid-market price of 11.2 pence per Ordinary Share on 8 January 2019, being the last trading day immediately preceding the date of this Announcement.
Has me wondering whether the price would have been higher had someone not given the nod to Winnifrith so he could tank the shareprice before hand?
Without his spoonfed "breaking news" on AAOG's placing the sp could well have still been much higher when they had their 10 percent discounted placing and holders would have been much happier with their lot here.
