Talk about ‘complete key sucking and deflating news’s. As textbook from history - all the hundreds of new rampers insisting on 50-100 baggers will disappear to start their same actions in other boards the loyal long term shareholders will remain and probably see slow inactivity on the board for a few more years until another project or action is hyped up. The rampers will then return u see new names and start the hype again.

A sad sad day indeed for those invested for many many years.

He is not alone and there are many many who operate the same and many are ‘close working associates’ so attack in packs. Assuming different identities constantly writing the same message even if it does not fit in to the current conversation ‘I.e 50 to 100 baggers’ and have their own agenda.

I have been in and out of a number of shares and it amazes me how similar their language, talk and approach is. I can generally spot them quite quickly. There are quite a few here too.

They appear out of nowhere have this ability to get a central role in the share conversation and make loads of so predictions. They tend to post 5 times a day plus and after a few weeks disappear out of thin air never to be seen or heard on the board again.

Chitta I hear you loud and clear and it does make you wonder. Clon have a terrible reputations and have little to show after decades of ‘apparent work’.

I really am intrigued why anybody would of given them any role in this ‘project of immense potential’ . Saying that it may be because they had a shortfall and needed to bring in some asap and Clon were desperately knocking on their door. Basically ‘lucky timing’

My focus over the last year or so has been to somehow break even (having purchased some shares at 1.50 ish but if I can double my money that would help me get back my inner peace of being stuck here for so many years.

I don’t it helps having some new ‘super rampers’ suddenly come on the Board (they were definitely not here before) and constantly ramping about 50 to 100 bagger. It takes away from some good measured informative discussions by others and is rather embarrassing.

I must say that I am impressed with the regular communication and updates. Very refreshing compared to some of the other dreadful shares I have invested in. Keep it up and good luck all.

Equally who would have thought about the thousands of dusters that people have invested in? The point is we hear all the amazing stories about the few shares that were explosive and forget the thousands of shares that end up dusters. Lets be measured and objective. Most would be happy for a 10 bagger but talk of 50 bags and above, are way too premature and rare.

Wise words chitta. The tough thing is 'greed' or for some others like me 'wanting to make enough back to make the years of pain worthwhile'.

What I mean by this is that if I was a new investor I personally would be happy to make X 2 or X3 within a sort space of time (depending on how much I had invested). The problem with clon (and pet) is despite the fact I am suffering heavy losses I cannot bear to leave with breaking even (good scenario as heavy losses are worse) and feel I have to stay until it makes bag a 5 to 10 bag just to give me some peace and make the years of having my money tied up worthwhile.

This is the problem of letting emotions get in the way. I agree a 40 bagger would be very unlikely and even a 20 bagger may take many years (or not ever happen subject to complications hopingforbags listed).

5 bags would be nice, 10 bags would bring a sigh of relief to my face. Really hoping for some good news....finally.

Be careful as you can only answer that questions to genuine posters and most that will reply probably are not. I have been here for many years and its been slow and painful. I am no longer here out of choice. Saying that I am more 'hope' now than I have had in a few years so that may be a good indication.

I naively asked a similar question in the GBP forum a few weeks ago when there was massive rises. People like Iamrich and others were constantly screaming about it going up by 400% to 600% and were posting 5 times a day with what appeared to be facts.

Here I am now 70% down on my investment and have learned for a 'schoolboy error'.

I have been in this board for many years and never heard of the dozens of new people that have suddenly popped out of nowhere and posting 10 posts a day with lots of predictions. Even if one of them is approximately correct I would be a very happy man indeed. Not long to wait. Counting down the days hours and seconds!

Gulable - I agree and share the same views as you. Not a good past or history for sure but if they can get just one thing right from decades of work I would be happy. I am so deep in and had my investment stuck for so long my life has been impartial hold. This is the “please get this one right’ and all will be forgiven bod.

……..or a Damn right duster as has been the case with all their other projects so far over the past 15 years plus…….but let’s hope this is different…..gla

Many of us long term investors know that having ‘apparent LSE big guns on board’ means very little indeed.

A few years back we had apparently knowledgeable, successful and experienced ‘LSE BOG GUNS’ on board such as massive ray and bridges who were predicting ‘any day’ Ghana ratification and provided detailed calculations of how 10p was realistic. What happened? They sold up when the price rose and completely disappeared.

I hope this time is different and an see many of the long time investors not being particularly active as have see it all before and just hoping this time might be different.

Any communication is always a good thing especially as Clon have a reputation for being quite poor as this. Few exciting days and weeks so gla all. For some of us it has been a really long time and there would be nothing better than being rewarded handsomely for our patience.

I agree its by no means certain and the market is showing this. Its exciting but at the same time has its risks. There are a number of very obvious rampers here with their own agenda's. The way they ramp and throw crazy numbers and statistics around make you think the SP is going to jump the next day. They come alive and post 50 times in a few days and then dissapear when they have achieved their personal objectives. A few I have called out and their response 'who tells you to believe what I say? Your an adult and think for yourself'. In that case why post at all?

Good point hoping for bags I didnt think of it that way.

The problem with bringing in Ghana, Chad and Bolivia to his current conversation is that it then changes timelines. For example the current buzz and excitement with Oz is that we should be taking about a few weeks to learn about the success and hopefully positive impact on price.

If you bring in Bolivia, and Ghana then you could be looking at decades.

Agreed. From all the duds and dusters we need some 'hope' and one share to bring positive vibes back.
