For me a very positive Statement from the Chairman. I am sorry I'm not going to the AGM as I don't want to be travelling in London and it would have been an opportunity to talk directly to Tim and John. It also underlines how much the SP lags behind the science and how undervalued we are IMO. All LTHs will be unsurprised by the progress and potential reported today. Merry Christmas all.
I think you may have topped up near or at the bottom so good timing. It looks as though it wants to go higher from here. I still think this is under the radar and has been over 4p in recent weeks so a return to this level would be normal.
Bigger buyers are loving this and are loading up at a huge discount as they see it. I know they are very pleased to be in at such a low price. They were happy @ 8.25p so this is giving them shares on the cheap. Good luck to them!!
If only PIs would buy and hold! A friend of mine bought the 6 x 100,000 yesterday ( all shown as sells on here), and is totally in agreement with many on here that the sp is way too low given the potential for SAR in the coming months. Remember HNWIs bought up to 8.25p and will be expecting great results and much higher MCap.
Totally agree that some patience is required here and we will reap the rewards next year. Meanwhile, I have added a few more this week and feel the SP will move upwards from this level.
Very interesting dynamics over the recent few weeks. There is one side very willing to see the sp at a higher level and have invested at 8.25p, pushing up the price to over 9p, only to see some other party pushing the price down to 3.25p in an unprecedented drop which in my opinion is totally unjustified given the success to date of our compounds and registered patents. Not sure what the agenda is to keep the value low but eventually the results of various trials will dictate the true value. Meanwhile it seems to me a good idea to hold on to our shares and not be tempted to sell out too cheaply. The AGM will be interesting this year and Dr Parker's message yesterday will be worth discussing. He clearly thinks the price is too low.
We can only assume sellers don't really understand the implications of the sub patent. If they did they would hold on to their shares and wait for the Co to confirm the position. The SP will have to follow the science to much higher levels as the HNWIs fully appreciate, hence the investment at a higher price than the current low entry point. 8.25p would be a good start !
Just watched the Investor Presentation which gave a very positive update on the direction of travel the BoD expect the Company to take. Continued growth with clear focus on profit, more acquisitions where there is a good fit within the existing structure and an ambitious plan to increase the MCap to up to 100m. With such a low number of shares in issue we could be in for a very rewarding time over the next 12 months.
Thanks Steadydanny and I'm happy to take your point. But, even @8.25p, and we have just seen confirmation of a large buy of 1.2m shares, chunks are being purchased well below the price these guys are happy to pay. Around 20% to be exact! Good luck to all LTHs.
Don't know about that UT, but a bit more life in the SP would be welcome. I would be happy in the short term for a 50% increase in value to get things started. We seem to have a permanent off the radar position which is very frustrating for a seemingly well run small company. I often muse a T/O might be our only way of gaining some value.
The last HNWI invested on the 9th August @ 8.25p, with warrants attached @10.25p. Current price is 6.65p. or a huge discount of 35% to the warrant price. So, we have an influential buyer happy to pay 10.25p clearly signalled to the market and yet the SP is being "held" between 6.20p - 6.70p. Meanwhile the HNWI I'm sure is buying up chunks of stock in the market at the discounted price. For me, it seems a totally buy opportunity as sooner rather than later we must gap up to 10.25p in my opinion surely? so, why would anyone sell now at 6.65p?
