Sold some SOLG as well the other day. Topped up here and COBR. I've been in that since Aug 13. Sold my holding in Apr-May 17, good timing in hindsight needed the money to get on the property ladder. Over the last few years i've picking up the odd buy in the mid 20s but its been such a slow burner I wanted to take some off the table.

Aldebaran i've been an unlimited member now for well over five years. i've been to fair few sites over the years and nearly all of them had undergone or were undergoing renovations. The new reclining seats are great and there is plenty of room for other customers to walk past without having to get up and down out of your seat.
I get that inflation and rising prices disposable income will be squeezed but personally i think restaurants will take the brunt of it. A lot of people love the cinema, its just not the same watching it at home and with a solid release line up ahead i think Cineworld will be ok.

A valuation of the 5% has to be agreed between the parties they cannot just exercise their right to it. I'm sure i read that the valuation would by an independent third party.
