Not sure why i referred to delisting meant suspended

Whats positive about failing to meet regulatory obligations that result in delisting. Been here since 2021 and yes i do feel its a gamble to hold here. Nothing in the rns convinced me otherwise

I cant see any positives today. No revised timeline and nobody on this board has any idea what is really going on in the background. The prospect of being locked in for an undetermined period with the potential for further dilution this is a pure gamble in my opinion. Hope i am wrong

My concern with the statement substantially completed and broker oversight is this. If they are working closely with the auditor and that statement is accurate a revised publication timeline can easily be determined. In which case they should have included in the RNS statement that the audited accounts will be published by no later than ??/??/?? a date they could comfortably achieve by building in some additional margin for any further delay. As it is this could lock funds for circa 6 months nobody knows.

Hi Roger, as this was my comment and opinion I must be the idiot you are referring to. Its great that you can predict the future. However your comments about the BOD would make me question why you would be invested here as you clearly have no confidence or trust in what they do. Explain how this will set GST back years. You have no idea when regulatory approval will or wont be granted or via which pathway. Or Maybe you do!!! Enlighten us

Having reviewed the 5 eligibility criteria which are In scope,  Genuine innovation, Consumer benefit, Readiness & Need for support. My question is regarding the need for support section.

It states "Do you have a genuine need to test in our sandbox"

Negative Indicators:

You already have a dedicated supervisor who could answer the query

You have significant regulatory compliance resource

Your business model easily fits the existing regulatory framework with no particularly difficult questions

Live testing is not necessary to answer your question or achieve your goal

With the very thorough process undertaken is it possible that Sandbox Live testing was simply deemed unnecessary hence the alternative pathway. Its clearly not the news many of us expected but at this stage its difficult to quantify as either positive or negative. To me nothing has fundamentally changed until further information is released providing more detail on the decision. Holding my position average 0.776 until further update!

I agree totally with your comments, please update on the response you have. It's clear corruption and with the impact on all the staff that were doing an amazing job despite this corrupt board
I feel the bod needs to be brought to account and punished for destroying loyal TC staff careers, hoteliers, airport support staff , investors and pretty much anyone else affected. The bod dont care they are isolated from any financial due to years of excessive salaries/bonuses etc.. As usual a handful of corrupt and incompetent overpaid wasters ruin the lives of thousands. I am sure members of this bod will end rewarded for their failure with senior positions in other blue chip companies to repeat again disgusting ... .

Isn't it interesting that all Cooks Club and Casa Cook hotels that have been developed or built recently are still operating as a seperate entity to Thomas Cook hence still trading and taking bookings. So huge amounts of Thomas cook group revenue spent on developing hotels that are not part of the group.... with the significant debt issue and significant expenditure for these investments leaving the group with no tangible assets in the end seems like clear corruption. Utilising Thomas cook group revenues to develop hotels that continue after its collapse. And dont get me started on the other tcg airlines still operating. This is a shambles. Wonder what the bod got out of this seems pre planned to me...

I disagree. Back in may rns highlighting multiple offers for the airline including additional comments from the board indication their surprise at the offers, possibly in view of the fact they exceeded expectations in terms of what many deemed a distressed sale. I invested in may after these reports and sure many others did . Let's be honest the board destroyed this company along with the careers and futures of its staff. They have also impacted shareholders to the point of certain people making decisions that you couldn't imagine. Yet again a corrupt/negligent hierarchy destroying peoples lives with no consequence disgusting

Just seen the video of them leaving the meeting. They didnt look happy heads down and refused to comment. You would expect if anything positive had been agreed they would be happy to make a statement to quell peoples concerns not looking good IMHO

Unbelievable, they originally rejected offers for parts of the airline as they were not in line with expectations due it being considered a distressed sale. Well this really is a distressed sale and unlikely to generate the required value. what an incompetent bod that have reduced this company to nothing... Disgusting. PF is responsible for the demise of the company, but I really cant understand why he wasn't removed back in may with the potential for a new interim CEO to commence turnaround and instil confidence.. what a waste of a once great company

I have done a similar thing and now only have a small holding in tcg which means unlikely to recover my losses no matter what happens now, hope things work well for you and balance out in future trades... best of luck

Just looked at the share price rise. We travelled on Thomas cook airlines yesterday and my partner warned this would happen. She attributes it to the record amount of spending on duty free items. Well done love you have just helped reduce my losses through excessive spending lol...

You are clearly heavily invested here based on volume of posts. What is your prediction with the potential upside/downside based on the current situation.. I respect your views as you are a clearly knowledgeable guy. I'm relatively new to trading so would appreciate your impartial views lol
