Sonagol E P the state oil company and operator of Block 3/05 (Afentra 18% and soon to be 30%) and Block 3/05 A (Afentra 5.33% and soon to be 21.33%) have just made a post about hitting a milestone production rate of gross 25,000 per day, up substantially on the gross 20,560 rate mentioned in Afentra's December 8th Press Release, which, although its just a point in time, and other periods can be less, with well interventions and downtime, this production rate speaks to the stimulation techniques the partners have been implementing.

A Maurel et Prom (a 20% partner on the block) spokesperson commented "This is simply historic! It had never happened since we joined the Bloc in 2019. We couldn't end 2023 better and that deserves our thanks and congratulations."
