Already 12% down today.. Could see 3500 in the days to come then it's a buy imo!

Wonder how safe that is? I've got a small holding in this Company and have looked at increasing it on many occasions in the past. A good dividend is important to me and the current yield of over 5% is very tempting.. But it is sustainable?

£4.50.. Looks achievable?

I'm a landlord for a couple of properties and I'll certainly be increasing the rent to cover these additional expenses! I'm sure other landlords will follow suit. ..badly throughout policy!
