Spoon, I did bail and bought back in. I screwed myself out of 20k shares, I've bought enough extra shares to cover all the lost shares and some extra to cover the cost of them. If it comes off it will be ok.
My advice if anyone does the same and wants back in is don't panic, wait, because I could have turned that sell off to my advantage if I had waited a few days.

I have no idea if that's a lot of money to you but it's all relative I guess, that does make me feel more confident.
These MM's are seriously crooked dudes, if this comes off I'll be a lot more aware of their dirty tricks in future investments.

ferg.gg I think you're in a similar boat to me, after my wobble I put more into this to cover the the lost shares, I'm now £26k into this, that is a lot of money for me. I've only ever put this much into FTSE 100 shares trading them over a week or two little risk but returns limited to 10% to 15%, not life changing but easy money. I know I'm leaving myself open to more risk here than I would normally hence why I'm up 7am every morning checking for RNS. For me, I can take a hit on the whole lot but it would take me a year or two to recover that.

15 billion gives £5.43/ share by my maths.

OK, I just wondered as they'd been mentioned alongside UBS in previous RNS's.

Was there a reason UBS & DLAP were mentioned in the interim RNS but Citic not mentioned?

Ginger, the last RNS didn't say that, everybody has translated the meaning in their own way but to claim they said an offer is on its way soon is just too far if a stretch. The wording in that last RNS has been used in similar situations where an offer never materialised.
The "interim" RNS gave far more promise of a likely deal, the last RNS was a "nothingburger"

@Silverbum All you seem to do is moan about biased and cult-like this BB is, you only need to filter out 3 or 4 people and that would disappear, you can then live in your own bubble pretending to yourself that you're convincing people. All the other bunk you come out with is lightweight guesswork of motives, pathetic
