So under the restructuring the bond holders become the new majority shareholders and subject to the same manipulation and outright thievery by the BOD. Once they become shareholders they lose all their rights, same as we shareholders who apparently have no rights
This company will need further cash in the future to develop their franchises and who will give it to them? Maybe a new lot of Bondholder set to acquire the ownership of Hur and it's assets, then off to the races again!
Let's hope the bondholders see this for what it is, a scam imo! Of course we do not know who the bondholders are and what connection they have to the BOD. I'm sure CA will issue a writ for discovery in order to find out who and if their is a connection between the BOD and the bondholders.
Interesting that CA no longer include HUR as one of its holdings in RNS posted this morning.
NO comment either so whose side are they on now.
me smells a rat. .... IMHO.
Surely there are enough shareholders willing to call an EGM and get this BOD out
If CA still hold some 15% they should lead the way. But will they?
Did anyone see the announcement referred to in the RNS today?
"The Tinkimints prospect is located adjacent to Solaris's Warintza copper deposit from which recent drilling results returned a world class intersection of 922m @ 0.94% CuEq from surface (announced 22nd March 2021)."
Hannam & Partners issued their update, dated 5th February 2021,
on the impact of the delay in the release of the Alpala PFS to end 2021 and concluded it was prudent and in the long term positive.
It's Target price 30 -jun -21 remains at (GPp) 105
I know who I believe
I thought he was to remain as CEO until 31 March. No longer listed as a contact in RNS , WHY?
1,923,000,000 shares in issue and probably around 2,500,000 (0.13%)shares being traded on a regular basis setting the SP. Understandable when solg sold 77ml shares to bhp at 22p a share but not when it was a block of shares of 4% of the issued capital in solg. This should have been avoided but was not.
I do hope that NM is seeking to broaden the share ownership by undertaking regular roadshows to visit serious ii investors worldwide to bring solg to their attention and get the share dealing onto serious footing.
Not sure how serious NM is about developing good investor relations but the webanier presentation was poor and ongoing marketing of the companies image needs to be focused on and be better communicated to iis. The share structure needs attention to avoid small numbers of shares in value affecting the SP so drastically.
I still cannot understand why the SP is so low but nor I can understand why these shares are not being hoovered up by the market generally.
I am holding and will continue to hold, as the value is in sight and will materialize in good to time.
More shares bought than sold this morning and the SP falls, not a lot but why?
It seems many small trades count more than the real share dealing and these minor trades should be discounted, it's manipulation which ever way you look at it.
Onwards and upwards, fantastic performance by NM in current circumstances!
The latest I have is CGP holding now 8.85% of SOLG
Now CGP hold less than 10% of solg that puts solg in control of CGP and can buy out CGPs holding for $ 3.5ml
Good news for SOLG! IMHO
All of this uncertainty is keeping solg well below it's true value, why is it happening?
Now CGP own 8.9% ie less than 10% of SOLG, solg have right to acquire CGP for $3.5ml
Or pay CGP a royalty of .05% of smelter revenue, see RNS 31 Jan 2019
Who does owns share CGP sold
Who do Bell Potter represent
Why no RNS re these dealings
Have sell down by CGP affected so value by drip feeding the sale into the market
I'm a long term but frustrated holder of solg and other stock but hate to see others manipulated into wrong decisions based on poor information

Thanks Andy agree
Yes there it is on the Stock Exchange news service but not as yet listed here, anyone trading here on basis of information it provides, are fooling themselves, this board is full of misleading information or lack of information
This is regulatory news and should be available to at at same time otherwise exploitation will take place. Already price is going down due to uncertainty. Investors are entitled to a level playing field and it's amazing how small trades set the SP when the vast number of shares in issue remain solid and unmoved.
Not a proper market at all. It plays for the day traders moving small numbers of shares and not for the long termers who know better.
I hope NM and the other directors buy out the short termers at these low prices and not issue new shares which would dilute us long termers.
Where is the RNS surely such information should be published for all to see at the same time
I have read what is purported to be an RNS But is it? Could be a fake news and causes uncertainty in a difficult market.
This is all about ST's feeding off each other, some will miss the lift off, a pity! ??
I agree Cookie
smickster the trickster hasnt a clue
This is great news, so will react properly once DTs realise there is just one way SP is going and that is up, expect back to 60 p plus shortly.
Long term holders are sticking with this opportunity and when it's taken on board that there are almost 2 billion shares in issue and that only 5 million are washing about with short term speculators, with loudest voices coming from these traders. Amazing how many small trades affect the SP on this market, when the real investors just hold tight.
Serious investors are holding and rightly so. It was interesting to see some 7 million shares on the buy side yesterday, someone knew something
