Dividend



The Board are pleased to announce a final dividend of 0.6p per share subject to approval at the AGM. The proposed final dividend, if approved by shareholders, will be paid on 14 October 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7 October 2022. This will take the total dividend paid to shareholders in respect of FY2022 to 0.9p per share up 125% year on year in line with the Board's progressive dividend policy.

Ex-Dividend Date
The third stage is the ex-dividend date, which is the date that determines which of these shareholders will be entitled to receive the dividend. Typically, the ex-dividend date is set one business day before the record date. Shareholders who bought the stock on the ex-dividend date or after will not receive a dividend. However, shareholders who owned their shares at least one full business day before the ex-dividend date will be entitled to receive a dividend.

Now that the seller is either out, or very nearly out, we should see a nice gradual rise here. Traders will play it for their 10/20% but things are on the up. GLAH
