1. Yes - however the company has reduced WK production and cut overheads to minimise cash burn.

2. Yes - his talents are not required further if the projects are now fully packaged up for sale with no further mining or development required.

3. No - why risk the triggering of possible sanctions if not required.

4. No - it would play a massive part of any negotiations between interested parties and therefore is likely to be covered under NDA's.

5. No - they are selling ALL russian assets, therefore why would the produce further mine development plans if they will not be mining. Hence the comment on the Sinosteel deal being shelved as it will not be required.

So you bought into a junior explorer and are upset that all they have done is on-board exploration licences and undertaken multiple drill campaigns to try and develop value from them along with building a portfolio of exposure to others in the space.

What else are they meant to do?!

No one knows until the actual details are released, but given they operate WK via a local Russian subsidiary, selling into the local market only and stockpiling to take advantage of now higher metal prices, none of which are are affected by the European Laws except for the fact it will push metal prices higher and therefore increase Eurasia's margins.

I think your missing the point.

They have picked this up for no cost other than office time. That means 0 dilution or cash spent for an additional asset to the balance sheet that can be leveraged. This is what makes Power Metal different, they don't stop; in Paul's words 'bolting on value'.

I highly doubt they will retain any of the recent tranche if they can sell them and raise funds without adding further dilution to their shareholders that their current fund raise will inevitably cause.

I would expect something similar to the way they delayed the release of the Haneti results with Katoro that was a dud. It allowed the progression and refocus of the business to other elements.

I would expect a JV if they return positive results to derisk the project for POW whilst enabling the partner to progress the project forward thereby maximising the possible returns. Either way I trust the management decision making when it comes to a possible deal structure, Paul's experience of the T1 project with Metal Tiger and Sandfire should prove invaluable.

It is when people say things like 'The BOD have done nothing' or 'its a scam' etc etc which are factually incorrect. Anyone who has done research as you say will see clearly that over the last few years the BOD have proven up 1 £1b+ resource in NKT, continue to develop WK, funded Wardell to continue proving up other resources and performing further exploration programs.

All this board is is constant moaning.

EUA are funded, have proven assest that dwarf the current market cap, increasing cash flow, further JORC reports due and a back up of the Sinosteel agreement to fund MT to production.

Hence why I say 'just relax' because what else is there to do other than let the business do what they have been building up to for over 20 years!

Hence why I stated, if you haven't sold by now then why would you. People have every right to moan if they are down on their position but at the end of the day it was their decision not not use stop losses and persist holding all the way down.
I struggle to see how the BOD playing games with news releases, they have provided a timeline for the next update. If people are expecting clear guidance on a sales process they have clearly no understanding of the requirements for such a process to occur.

If people haven't sold by now, why would you.

The BOD have provided the next timeline for the JORC release, sales process ongoing, plenty of cash for operations, WK ramping up, ongoing exploration and still not effected by sanctions.

What is left to be priced it at this level, I would argue nothing other than MM's having fun going between 4.2-5.5p. So just relax and let the BOD continue to execute, which I would argue they are doing a fantastic job at doing.

Financing for production has been in place for years with Sinosteel.

Because the company is f#cked and shareholders should get out with anything they can.
