Particularly disappointing in the face of consistent multiple Director buys!!!

When is this shareholder meeting? Broker has upgraded this to a buy raising price to £1.00

Was there any mention of a DPO agreement with SFO?

Does anyone have access to PFC share price futures so we can see how the open is going to be?

I am not expecting any negative surprises tomorrow. PFC have been more than transparent. They had no other choice due to SFO. I must admit I was wrongfully concerned about a possible rights issue but PFC have strengthened its balance sheet.

Shorters are not stupid that’s why they have got rid of their risk by closing their risky positions. They know this is going high tomorrow.

This is flying North towards £2 tomorrow. FTSE 250 reshuffle cut off date is 7th May. Shorters being blown away. Institutional investors will be forced to buy sending even higher.

Then SFO out of the way, this share is heading to lucrative levels back in FTSE 100. Any guesses on how high if back in FTSE 100 by end of year?

This is great news this PFC share can now go further North. Post results re-rating will escalate this even higher to £2 - £2.50.

Sadly shorts up again. This practice should be illegal. SFO need to be regulated to close cases early to prevent shareholder losses. PFC is being hammered. I am beginning to think is this heading lower before bouncing massively North but when?

Sadly we are coming to the end of this financial tax year. I think this was an extra reason why shorts increased last week to head it South. This is why this is heading south this week. Should head North next week.

The 2 month delay in results might be due to clearing few hurdles with SFO such as possible DPA.

Secondly trying to convince ADNOC not to suspend and perhaps this is why ADNOC has agreed to keep this on review so not total suspension.
