folks, some of you haven't listened to the latest . I posted the link...At the begining of it, re shareholder questions sent in, one of the questions is WHO IS THE NEW II and which CURRENT II HOLDER has added....CB and LC, both say the II's names would be revealed in an RNS, simple as that. TR1 only tells us the holding amount, its the names of the II's that counts. trs or RNS matters not one toss, its who they are that matters which they say will be revealed in an RNS!. End of story.

sorry, fat fingers on last post. TR1 will come when the II's have finished buying, they may have bought more in open market and still might?, so TR1 will be out in due course. No panic, all good

LC and CB said on the webinar the new II and the current II who has added will be known when the TR1

indeed. I have to say, a very very strange 3 weeks at this 13p level. I know why its sticking here, but just never seems to end. Onwards and upwards.

bear in mind re the new II's TR1 RNS timing, perhaps they havent finished buying yet, hence the threshold not crossed yet in order for TR1 to come out ( ie perhaps they are buying more than just CB and LC's shares. Hence the constant mopping up of sells by WHI. Just a thought. No panic, it will all come out in the wash soon enough. Its a v good moan to have to be fair!!

indeed. LC and CB said catagorically on the webinar the NEW II would be known from a TR1 RNS. Also the current II holder who has added ( Slater IMO). Both RNS's within a week i would say. It will be good to clear this matter up and move on.

For those who havent read this yet. Please note, they say, revised numbers are "Under Review", DUE to JLP's strong performance and ongoing projects in to Zambia etc. Ie, a v positive broker note / target price to come imo on top of everything else.

no worries JLPpositive, i think they are just amzed by the results and ongoing growth, new II on board and all theothe positives this year, hence their updated numbers are "Under review", ie significantly north imo for the iminent reviewed broker forecast / note. It will all come out soon enough. Meanwhile all the sells are being gladly hoovered up again and again and again.

to be fair, non committal is the wrong description imo. They've stated they are going to review their estimates / numbers on the back of very strong figures from JLP. We will get another update from WHI in due course with a revised target price etc. They are just not upto speed to JLP's huge numbers, nothing to do with being non committal. All very good news. Patiance required.

From the broker note this AM: looks like their revised numbers for JLP will be a lot higher.

imo,the new II will have some input on the board in the coming weeks / months once everythin g out in the open. I would strongly recommend listening to the webinar. JLP is going into a huge transformational time now and going forward. All the foundations / building blocks are there. This year will be huge and well beyond. Not a ramp, dyor from the facts and also listen to the webinar. all very very positive indeed. Bear in mind a current II holder of jlp shares ( i think its slater ) has also added more, then you have the new II, who would seem to be a big name in the market. And yes, they confirm an RNS TR1 will confirm that in due course.
