Re the GM ShareInvestment isn't this the one that's cancelled? I had an email to say the GM on the 8th was cancelled, took it that it was a mix up on dates given to investors rather than the sale having been delayed (though that would explain the sells and disappointing rise).

Worth noting imo that its only shareholder approval holding it up and that should be sorted at the egm 7th Feb then its 3 days and the money's in the bank.

Getting used to this patience thing recently and as holding a few now will check up on the sp on or around the 10th to begin with.

Does seem strange doesn't it?

Market didn't want to pay 10p for a co. with a £25M cash injection coming in the next week or so as the remaining division only has yearly growth of 87% leading to revenue of £19.5M.

Doesn't seem to have twigged either that the £29M (£25M cash+ £4M debts paid off) is only the initial payment and EAAS are expecting another £8-£10M Sept 2025.

Either the markets being very slow or holders here have missed something?

Your support level seems to be holding. May have a look eod for a trade at this rate as do agree on the price looking too low for the cash and growth just be nice to have the market agree too.

Decent volume again today so far. Maybe there really is something in them selling their asset?

Must admit am a bit concerned myself at the lack of updates. Don't mind being in a Leni stock esp with the initial flowrates we've had versus marketcap but not so comfortable holding when I'm starting to feel mushroomed.

Thanks for the posts re valuation. Useful to see. Seems the markets valuing the rest of the business at c. 2.5p today which seems a tad cheap.

This co' whether you like it or not after being so ripped off by Slovenia is now a "claims" business and that's all they are and need to be for now imo.

They're marketcapped at just under £5M and are claiming nigh on 700M euro's with a slice of that pie to go to all investors in on a certain date if they win.

If they lose we lose simple as.

If they win, after giving us our special divi they can do what they want so far as I'm concerned I'll be gone cash in hand. Hopefully you'll have the sense to do the same and won't just hang on to moan about whatever they choose to do next.

Would be charts and coffee grounds in my case flash.

Watching for the head and shoulders beginning end on Nov to play out for next attempt at an entry. If the 50dsma goes today will take it as a good sign (for bears) with a reversal pushing the stock higher than 13.5 as sign the bulls have it after all.

Don't believe its over get the feeling AST are far too frustrated with events for that just unsure how they are to play it til they RNS their plans.

Don't try to take any credit for today's news winni you had no more idea than anyone they would try insolvency to get out of paying.

Agree still complicates matters for the co. and undermines the trade here but to be fair I did post before that I didn't expect much market interest til this payment was both awarded and received by the co and thankfully judging by the recent sp action that proved to be correct..

Don't recommend as a buy right now obviously as there's no way of knowing how long the big claim will take and no way of knowing how successful they'll be through the criminal courts etc re this 8M euro's but would expect to hear more fairly quickly with how quickly he's mobilised the lawyers.

Will wait and see.

Re Norfolk Southern BEN do look to be lucky to have them as carriers imo as they look to be a co. that's learnt and acted on the basic mistakes the rail industry makes in laying off workers at the turn of a hat then acting surprised when they have no staff for busy times.

Short term investors aren't happy but reads that BEN's holders will be.

Interesting weekend read imo and makes it harder for those with a little more knowledge to bamboozle.
