I am in the same boat, these were flying a few months ago, something has spooked the share price, thinking of adding but not yet.

Amongst all the publications i read is the farmer's weekly(Bible), a quick glance at the commodity prices shows me wheat, barley ,oilseed rape, fertillisers are all nearly half the price of a year ago, about time food prices decrease, however Beef prices are more expensive.

At least our CEO isnt a woke idiot like the Wickes chap!

Talking about clueless, just been watching the governor of the BOE being bellocked for under estimating the inflation rate, blaming everyone he can think of instead of himself, clueless!

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 525,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Lloyds Banking Group plc (the "Company") for the Lloyds Banking Group Deferred Bonus Plan 2021 (the "Plan"). These shares will be allotted to trade on the London Stock Exchange and be admitted to the Official List upon allotment pursuant to the Company's obligations under the Plan. Participants in the Plan will become entitled to these shares following the vesting of share awards or the exercise of share options in accordance with the Plan rules. These shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the shares is expected on 24 May 2023.
