Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
I don't think I will recover the money from SCIR but I am doing okay here as my ave is well under a penny, I find myself in a quandary now of whether I take profits once the early production kicks in or if I hold out for the real returns of full field development.
I'm personally not sure that ARA is planning a TO or they could have done it by now, I'm sure this has been discussed here a few times previously. Hypothetically though if a bid did materialise where would that put the share price I wonder, there is potentially 8TCF in the ground so it would need to be a substantial bid surely?
As the completion of the SCIR sale doesn't affect the first gas then the extra time they are taking to iron out the details over there shouldn't really affect us too much, good to see it's still progressing nicely and now just await the signoff from the Tanz Authorities.
It's all coming together for us LTH's the next few months are going to be golden. :)
What’s a few months in the great scheme of things!
Annoyed slightly that “we were on track for November” as per the last RNS but not overly surprised.
Production 12 months earlier is the big win here and I’ll be happy to hold a couple more years to get to the end of the rainbow that’s for sure.
Hoping this falls back slightly now so I can top up again without averaging up!
Roll on the KN remedial work.
Have a good Christmas and I’ll see you next year ??
Thanks Haggis...I think..
I'm aware of the possibilities and was just interested in everyone elses estimations on price come the end of 2024 based on what we already know. if its sooner then great but id still like to know the price predictions based on current forecast at that particular date.
Forgetting the 3D and potentially increased gas /oil for a minute, if this goes to production in Q4 2024 as planned with what we already know is in the ground, what do you envisage the SP to be at that point?
I've not dipped into here for a short while so all the usual arguing aside, take all the variables and possibilities out and just give me your best guess on a straightforward figure, what's your opinion on where this will be in just over 2 years' time if we go to production with the info we have now?
Thanks for any input :)
Haggis, fair enough, I did think there was a pad before for NT3 but on the map Gas Lady showed it wasn't there so put 2 & 2 together and got 6 I guess!!
I always thought that NT3 and CH1 were the same things, just a name change a few years back, and we're just running the 3D over the same area to confirm that it was the best drill spot, probably why I got confused, so you think that they will now place a new pad after the Seismic is complete?
In any case, if there's a new pad to be built and you think that the 3d for the area has already been completed then CH1 will need to be several miles south of the current NT3 position as the latest Sat images show that 3D hasn't yet reached the NT3 position.
If the CH1 is nearer to the NT3 position then news of the results may not be forthcoming at the end of month meeting though so we may need to prepare for that I guess, who knows.
I think you're right Gas Lady, I believe that may well be the CH1 platform and not storage.
If you look at the presentation that Haggis provides in his comment on page 11 and compare the horizontal positioning of the NT3 well shown on the graphic to the Sentinal satelite imagery, it's pretty close to the same position in my eye.
If that is to be the platform what it does show however is that the 3D mapping grid is still going on south of that position and that it hasn't yet reached the CH1 site. It won't be long though I suspect as it looks like they are focusing up the right-hand side towards the well on the recent satellite images.
The Hat Eating & Panic has made me laugh, thank you :)
Thanks Boom Boom, so spud/drill is likely to be Q4 in your opinion, still not to much longer to wait I guess.
Do you all think production upon successful drill is likely to be 3-5 years away?
If so what price do you all feel we would hit once at point of production, assuming all things stay the same in terms of gas available and no oil etc
I know we’ve had years of waiting but finally things seem to be lining up.
What is a realistic timeline of events over the next few years in your opinions?
Q1/Q2 Seismic results
Q3 Spud
2024 ??? Further drills
2026 ??? Production
What about KN North, I’ve read various opinions of whether the remediation will take place or not but nothing conclusive.
KN South, will this be funded after CH1 or further down the line?
Exciting times ahead, hopefully not too much longer for us LTH’s.
Good luck all ??
Great to see the sp on the move in an upwards direction and we know that the demand is there, we have the resource + whatever the seismic results bring on top.
But, what’s the latest with Killiwani?
Surely there has got to be news on the remediation soon, especially given the demand for gas in the region.
If Killiwani went back into production in the next month what effect do we think that would have in the SP?
Exciting times, gla.
Oh maybe you're right GasLady, I read that paragraph completely wrong in as much as the Seismic wouldn't be completed until Q1 so we wouldn't get results until then. What you say makes much more sense and why is they are focussing on the CH1 area first. This is a great bit of news and I like that they have given us dates for starting which I wasn't expecting either. :)
100% agree Max, ARA have made a big investment and the potential income involved for them now they have the 50% is huge so they won’t waste time.
Unsure on how quickly this meeting will take place but I’m guessing it’ll be within the next week or two.
Be nice to see a flow of solid RNS’s now and build towards what I hope will be an end of 2020 spud.
Exactly Edgar, after all these years, the FO is now confirmed and once APT have had a chat they are going to show us their calendar, huge news for all of us that have been patient and at these low prices a great entry point for anyone watching from the sidelines.
After we shake out all these auto trades this morning I expect this will rise nicely into next week when we will hopefully get the above work plan.
Full steam ahead now towards the spud and seismic.
Congrats all that held their nerve.
