A Nigerian Tale. (For those who either forgot or wern't here in 2020!!)

Once upon s time Art had (allegedly) a huge piece of an oilfield in shallow water off the coast of Nigeria.

W were all pretty excited about it and it was called OPL226 and we owned 50% of it. All er needed was some MONEY to exploit it.

FOR ABOUT A YEAR Art was seeking fundeng and from time to time he would RNS to tell the faitful unsophisticated investorsh that the search was going wellthough OMGOING!!!!!. Hearrd that one before???

Thenout of the BLUE it transpired that our partner Essar who owned the other half claimed they actually owned more than half.An angry ART refuted their claim,told us not to be concerned and that Essar's claim 'HAD NO MERIT' we relaxed. Art knew what he was doing. Essar were just trying it on.Court action were theatened in London. All would be well.

Then in 2020 came a very surprising RNS. After an introduction of verbal gymnastics Art got to the poing.

70% of our shares were to go to Essar leaving COPL with a tiny 10%.No explanation why or how we had lost out to Essar. AS a sop we could have one ffeen drill and if successful we could buy back a larger chunk of the asst.

So from owning half the asset we now owned 10% of it without a real explanation.

The RNS included a quotation from Art.You can raed it for yourselves/ It began something like this

'' This represents a fantastic mpve forward for COPL''

etc etc folloewd by a contorted twisted reasoning as to why diluting our holding from 50% to 10% was nothing less than a great achievement!!!. When I look back I now can see Art was a charlatan. But somehow his BS carried him through and a bit like Trump followers we stuck with the cult leader and believed black was white.

Then along came COVID and this saved Art from going through with that dael and it gradually sank into the shallow sea.

Then Art need a new carrot. Right on cue along came Atomic, CUDA the Discovery Ryder Scott Wonga Lenders Bonds The Cayman Islands etc etc etc.

Now most of us can see how the trail of destruction grew almost exponentially until we find ourselves where we are right now.

I bring this up to demonstrate how Art was capapble of the Grand Deception years ago and once hae felt he had got away with Nigeria he became emboldenedinto thinking he could get away with anything.

And he almost did.

Unfortunately he unwittingly tried it on with the wrong people. Us!!!!!

Investors here are the smartest I have ever witnessed.As a group we are unbeatable as these scoundrels are about to discover.

What disturbs me is why hasit taken so long? Several times people on here have alerted FCA about the ongoing 'shenanigans@ re COPL. I now FCA is funded by the Companies it is tasked to police, but surely SOMEONE must have taken aa look at this months ago
