Correct. Simon Potter has always said it's a 2 day steam from GoM, so will probably will be a proper drill ship that can do the steam.

A rig can move off the well head as the BOP is attached to the well. If it was part of the rig or marine riser then the rig could not move off of the well head as you would be moving the BOP.

As the name suggests. it sits on the well head. The well head is on the sea bed.

A well head set includes the BOP which is not rig equipment. BPC have placed orders for a well head set and a contingency well head set. These both will include the BOP and are manufactured to order for this well. A well head set includes pressure the pressure containing interface for drilling and production equipment and sits on top of the well on the sea bed. They cost a few Million $$'s

I doubt these expensive major pieces of equipment can be re sold second hand as they are specifically designed for the well at Perseverance #1. Can't see anyone using a BOP designed for another well. Wouldn't be allowed, liabilities and all that.

Bonum, could be, considering BPC now have their destiny in their own hands with a forward plan lined up that is a requisite of the CLN, and a clear path to drilling, one wonders what good reason there can be to extend the CLN deadline.

Some more shares made available to the MF at min 2.5p is probably what is being discussed, if Leno have the interest and the cash waiting. Anything that reduces the reliance on the CLN will be of interest.

Sounds like the MF deadline is not being extended. Probably need longer to go through all the applications.

I just can't see Bizzel wanting to hoover up as many shares as possible when the terms of the loan already give them a healthy 12% return, and the loan is secured against the licenced asset and survey work and drilling rights, which I'm sure they would have control over as part of the CLN agreement. Obviously they are not oil explorers but should they wish to take over the asset in a worse case scenario to protect the loan, I'm sure BPC will still exist as they will need someone to run it. The actual equity price of the CLN is rather arbitrary at this early stage other than the need for there to be enough shares available to raise funds. It helps the company if they were inclined to raise the equity price of the loan to 3.5p with minimal effect to Bizzel but an improved Mcap valuation against the loan per share.

The sp appreciation is due to the update last week bothe before it was released and after. No placing while there are farmout negotiations, although a form of buy in from a major not involving the asset but rather equity can't be ruled out as part of well participation, but more likely a traditional farmout. Certainly Simon Potter would not wish to renege on any funding agreed with his business associates at Bizzel and likewise they would not wish to miss out on the upcoming drill. possibility they could agree to increase the equity price of the CLN to reduce dilution and reflect the sp. as has been said by BPC, 3p, 4p, 5p it doesn't really matter if the well discovers oil. It is very much an investment that is for the professional high risk/ high reward investor where as much work has been done to tip the balance towards the reward side.
