Thank you Silverblade,much appreciated
Just seen this ... can someones sum up what happens next - how much is paid back for existing shares ... I didn't elect to accept the tender as I've only just seen this - does this make a difference to any payout ?
Emerald Carrots - congratulations on that. Be interesting to know what your investment case is here other than the government app which tbh is only going to have a small impact .
A bit of both . Dc has physical stores with rents to pay whereas AO doesn’t.
I had a random call late this afternoon from someone wanting to discuss a "non urgent financial matter". Normally I say good bye at the point but let him carry on and he said it was to discuss the merger of BPC/CERP. Asked if I had been informed and received information. Then said call would be recorded at which pot I decided his time was up. Anyone had similar and know what the story is ?

Nope. The correct answer is zero. No PC World stores left. CurrysPCWorld on the other hand will open in a phased manner as with a lot of retailers .

I agree the upside is good. Out of interest though, how many PC World's do you anticipate reopening on June 1st ?

Oh if only - pick it up from 7mins 50 secs if you want some prime quotes.
It's not all over and hopefully today will be the start of a serious rebound !
Lawson - "By the way, this is one of the most shorted share on aim".
TCG trades on the main market not "aim " so not sure what you are referencing there.
thing Monday could present a good buying opportunity.
Any views on how high this share could go in the next year to 5 years? Just wondering if we are at the launch of a much bigger journey and when you look at for example WH Smith which has gone from £4 to £14 in less than 5 years I do start to dream. Factoring in the rising economy, reduction in competition, benefits from the merger in both growth and cost savings things could get very exciting. Views please.
... which should hopefully add a good few percentage points to the share price once the tracker funds have to buy in.
