beaten to it, unfortunately

As the test is being designed by other companies, I assume they will own the IP, therefore aren't ODX just manufacturers? That being the case, won't their cut of profit's from the £10 per test be quite modest so even with huge volume, the profit's won't be that big and won't increase the SP by much more than the current 5x increase in SP since the partnership was announced.
Found this old story about the AGS-v mosquito vaccine, interesting read https://www.standard.co.uk/lifestyle/london-life/meet-londons-zika-virus-busters-who-are-on-the-verge-of-creating-a-vaccine-a3189766.html
You won't get a price to customers as he'll charge different rates depending on orders size. The guy on here enquiring about a 600 employees company won't get the deal that HSBC with about 40000 staff gets
Mysterious HIV-v vaccine seems to have stopped development in 2011 after successful phase 2 https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/seek-announces-clinical-proof-of-efficacy-in-hiv-vaccine-phase-ibii-human-trial-125729083.html
I've emailed IR at ORPH to clarify if the HIV-v vaccine is in the Imutex partnership
Here is the research into the HIV vaccine https://www.researchgate.net/publication/236112694_Synthetic_immunotherapy_induces_HIV_virus_specific_Th1_cytotoxic_response_and_death_of_an_HIV-1_infected_human_cell_line_through_classic_complement_activation
Just spotted this on SEEK groups website
'The fourth spin-out was Imutex Ltd, a vaccines development company with products in development for Zika, Malaria, HIV and influenza.'
HIV vaccine too!
I already hold, but if the SP drops once the dividend is announced then buying a short spread bet would allow you to benefit. It's possible the SP will never reflect the dividend if it's a surprise RNS that locks out New holders and the SP therefore might not suffer too much afterwards
When they RNS the dividend, wouldn't they lock the benefit date to the Day before to prevent crazy SP movement?
So if an imutex dividend is announced the SP will rise to factor in the value I guess, but once it's paid the SP Will drop back down. How can you take advantage of this predictable SP movement?
Only £64.5k traded this morning
Another study is still ongoing https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04009824
The Lancet published the paper in the online first' section of their website. It has not been published in the full journal yet.
They published it in the 'online first' web only section as I guess it was too late for Friday's print edition, this may have slipped the attention of ORPH hence no RNS on Friday
link to Goldman Sachs figure https://amp.independent.ie/business/irish/open-orphan-in-line-to-take-stake-in-1bn-flu-drug-38808471.html
The link between the Lancet story and a traded company is tricky to trace so you wouldn't get herds of PIs spotting it and piling in on ORPH on Thursday or Friday, plus not all of the studies on AGS-v are completed, one is ongoing
