Ericeric for many months was disparaging about Solg which must have discouraged some from buying immediately before a 2000% increase in share price from under 2p to 46p.
Sounds like the behaviour of some current infestors.

Let's be real here.

This is a world class, tier 1, high grade, massive discovery no matter what doom-mongers may say. Just look at those drill holes. A third of the top 40 IN HISTORY are Solgold's

What's a fair value of the company with this? A hell of a lot more than the current £382million market cap.

1billion?, £2billion?

The share price will reflect true value at some point. Just imagine that Updated MRE, the PEA and Feasibility Study confirming a quality mine can and will be developed with a rich, large resource providing more than a billion profit each year for the next 50+ years.

It really is a no brainer for me. Don't complain in a year's time when you wish you could turn the clock back.

And of course, how many major mining companies will want a piece of, or all of the action? I say many.

In this article published today, Asiamet Resources highlights their resource profile at a stage when they are about to hit the market with a BFS.

Interestingly though they concede that Solg's Alpala has a larger and higher grade resource out of a peer group of 16 others.

"If you look at a global peer group of 16 copper exploration companies, only five have larger attributable contained copper resources, and only one had a copper-equivalent resource base that was both larger and higher grade - SolGold's Alpala in Ecuador".

When the price starts rising rapidly, it is very often difficult to actually buy, especially larger volumes.

MRE upgrade plus PEA to take price beyond last 46p high to circa 50p by January. Major bids £2billion Feb for Cascabel/Ensa. Our 85% gives circa 110p per share. Major paying just over 100% premium to share price at the time.

Major pays circa £3billion to develop mine. Payback of the £5 billion outlay from high grade core in 3 to 5 years.

Thereafter £1 billion annual net profit for next 50+ years.

What major would walk away from such a prized asset and opportunity? I can already see the Finance Directors having cheque books in hands and pens at the ready.
