If any explorer reported such drilling results - it would be a potential profitable mine on its own.

As we know this is merely the tip of the wedge.

A Multi-generational discovery in a globally important mining district - and we own the lot.

Could it be that the number of shares in issue has to be accurate ahead of a Spinco being set up eg on a 1 Solg share = 1 share in new Spinco

So 3,002,773,641 Solg shares are matched with 3,002,773,641 in Spinco or maybe on a 100 / 1 ratio

It could happen very quickly and would be risky for anyone to be currently out and waiting to buy shares in Solg (imho).

Do people really believe the major miners and Chinese will not want to buy this rare, tier 1 discovery? Are they likely to just watch a minnow develop this and become a competitor? Or, are they likely to clamour to gain this asset to replenish their diminishing portfolios?
