I always try to put things into perspective. Further licences being applied for in Spain and this news could land anytime. Then we have the deal most of us are focusing on. The company has cash in the bank, a relatively simple deal and the question to me is whether the licences are worth the money. The sample figures have been knocking around for some time and this really is the question for me and perhaps the majority shareholder. Is it a good use of resources.

Overall though, cash in the bank, MMs playing their usual games which I will not go into detail although the figures of bought and sold today are way out.

Don't believe everything you see. For example, one buy trade I made yesterday at 1.725 never showed up. Always darkest just before the dawn and all of that jazz.

Something, good or bad, has been going on. Trades not shown on Friday afternoon (or or investing.com in 5 minute view where you usually can identify unprinted trades by volume). I suspect trades must be taking place that are not being shown. Not sue why although I am sure things will become clear in the fulness of time. Not concerned at the present time and I will wait for the RNS for clarity. I was expecting this and it is disappointing not to see any updates. I received a response from ORM recently to an email enquiry. Simply said things will be announced in due course.

I hope all is well and good to see the board discussions alive and kicking. I have a question about another stock and hope to draw on your collective knowledge. On this other stock, trades were not showing in the afternoon on here or the LSE website or on investing.com. It was as if nothing had been traded although I know there were some trades because I made these. Has anyone on here had experience of this and in particular potential explanations and or implications?

It might be too late. Someone switched off the trades this afternoon (I sold a small number twice and not showing on investing.com or anywhere else). I suspect an RNS is due on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

You have got to love the optimism by some. The free float is rwlatively low and when the deal happens this will fly. Have a good weekend everyone.

They are keen to get shares by the look of it.

I got in with a healthy buy in thr 27s in the closing minute. Showing as a sell but what a bargain imo.

FWIW-I added a lot today and all bar one are not showing. This includes some £8K plus trades, none of these are showing.

Yes, this is self evident but if a deal is going to happen it makes sense for it to happen after the migration has taken place.

Speculation on my behalf although a deal going though on the new system would not look bad! Been topping up all week.

Looking forward to the week ahead with the move over to Euroclear Bank SA/NV for the electronic settlement of trading takin Place on Monday.

There is real value here. As others have noted about offsetting taxes. As a SPAC this really could fly......
