I was expecting more immediate local contracts also. I agree with a the size and speed of a potential move tho. ADSS are not forthcoming with news hence we have heard nothing of a bottling contract that has been in talks for 9 months while their sp died a miserable death. Announcement of that earlier would have arrested the decline. Anyway my point is ADSS don't deal in rumor so we are just likely to see an update saying contracts bagged - whenever that may be. I expect volume after the general meeting on the 1st once people get some more questions asked. Carl has openly said no shares will be issued other than for the bottle project/profitable contracts i.e. not to pay salary/keep lights on. If he goes back on this the company will become non-investable. Big thing now is that they are not bleeding cash anymore - this is stabalised and so they will not need to raise to stay a float. This is the bit I don't think has sunk in. Many forget they still have a fairly big revenue well in excess of $1,000,000 a month. This is a landmark for any AIM company.

Listen to the interview fella, finishing the year up $1million ahead of expectations, costs of the business are now covered. Anything new secured puts them back into the black. Share option is there to take advantage of revenue generating contracts, not just to keep the lights on. They have no intention of issuing shares, they just need to be seen as having the flexibility to do so if opportunities come there way, but they will exhaust other avenues first. Should be funded into Q1. Their words not mine. Agree with you on the no. of shares held.

Sure there is more in the pipe. Potash rumor not denied and I imagine there were opportunities with Orchid before the JV. They should of come clean on this bottle gig sooner tho, would of been nice to know they were doing something useful. They've done a tremendous job to hit a break even level while maintaining critical infrastructure and ability to act on contracts, and have defied all the haters. Think they are still at $11million revenue on a 2.3mil MC plus the 3mil cash and 28mil assets. Non revenue producers are on multiples of that, 11 million revenue isn't small - same old sentiment driven story. Might be worth picking up more at this level. Sentiment will return if as Ian B has said - we get reassurance, I think we've had it, just takes a while to sink in sometimes.

Thanks Ian.B. A lot of fairly clued up investors are coming together on the same page on this one. ADSS are clearly on the diversification ladder. If they have learn't anything of late it will be that they need a news rich period. I think they have already secured contracts with a locally very well established company. Question is do they need the funding before or after to secure the initial contracts. Just because they have asked for authority to place shares doesn't mean they will need or want to issue them all at once. Quite to the contrary in fact. The consensus here is that news is pending to boost the SP - they still have cash in the bank to get some cash generating contracts bagged and Orchid are no doubt happy to help given their cut. Get a couple more to continue to support the SP and then release some shares into the market at considerably higher than 0.6p to secure bigger more lucrative contracts - repeat. One can hope but this is how things happen on AIM. We've bounced from here to 1.37p and 1.12p in a day. This lost another c50% recently as people translated the share issue as plain dilution. If this is anything but then the upside reward is truly worth the risk. MM's aren't holding much stock again meaning a buying flurry will take us towards 0.9p as it did fairly easily a few sessions back before the share RNS hit. Money will need to enter fairly quickly to take advantage of this potential opportunity at this level and benefit from the full rise.

has been responding to emails and calls much quicker than previously (if at all) in the last week. Seem more bullish. If contracts land before the general meeting then happy days. Also shares are likely to be issued as and when opportunities arise and need paying for as opposed to in one go - wonder if this means they will be at a premium. I expect some movement off the bottom again. If it drops anymore I think i'll probably just stop posting.

Yep. We had a lot of sizeable buys here yesterday too, and a couple this morning - not massive but enough to imply a bit of building going on.

That's right. Its basically a source of funds if and when needed. XTR did something similar, UJO have done it waiting to take advantage of an asset while the price of oil remains low, lots of other examples. It is not going to be the case that volume suddenly explodes whereby all the shares are forward sold in good old AIM corruption fashion driving the sp into oblivion. Could actually be quite favorable short term if they have their eyes set on a revenue generating asset/venture already.

Again Atlas is priced to fail at this level. The Orchard Group is a heavyweight in Ethiopia an has some very large projects on the go. It has over 2000 employees, 100+ vehicles in its logistics arm and numerous machinery. This is the beginning of a rich flows of news. After a JV is announced the only thing to follow are contracts. The big hint and rumor before was to do with potash. This was never denied by the company in any medium. BOD are obviously working very hard to move away from the Oil sector. A little more meat on the bones is all this needs. MM's are not holding many shares so will need to accumulate to meet demand. The real spread has already tightened considerably today- 0.7855 to sell 0.8195 buy.

a blatant pattern here. Supposed rumor started between AFPO and ADSS with potash link. Potash link then strengthened with share price move RNS AFPO and ADSS share prices both dipped today only to see a gap up and positive move forward from just before 4pm. There is something brewing- likely an RNS logged. Many will not have spotted that volume in the last half hour of today's session so there will likely be a flurry Monday morning. If an RNS does land first thing then look forward to premium opening. If one has been logged but is not released for a session or two then sit back and enjoy the volume. Very bullish. All ADSS need's is a half decent contract to support their financial position then it will be risk free to a much higher level. Money in the bank, millions in assets, no debt. Going to be very relaxed over the weekend. we should all do well here, including those that got in cira3.5p
